First thread and is already taking a beating. But in fairness, Miss Chucky, you loaded the gun with the Pora thing

Why on earth would you guys want to down? The ramp up stage is only designed to test your tolerance levels.

Get yourself up to 80mcg asap but with just ramping it up, maybe two days and then move on.

After your receptors have lost their fire, using less clen will do almost nothing, and will only be a waste of clen, IMO.

Ramping down the jury is out on-I've tried without ramping and with and haven't really found a difference.

But ramping up, esp on a first time, is to check tolerance levels. My gf used clen and could only get to 40mcg per day before having panic attacks. She spent a week to get to 40mcg and then called it a day. If she'd have gone straight to 40mcg and then 60mcg and then 80mcg in three days could have been disastrous.

Once you know your tolerance, then you can ramp quicker, but I still think you need time to let your body adjust if you haven't been on for quite a long time and your receptors are fresh.

That's not a great stretch of the imagination, I can't think of a team that won't

Like DJ, Vega, and whoever else said, if you are using the diphenhydramine then there is no need to cycle dosages, just slowly ramp up to your tolerance levels (be it 60ug or 80ug) then stick with that dose till your clen is run out. There is no need to ramp down...

I agree with you Inja, it is sad. I avoid going during the day and more towards very late afternoon. All of that stuff is done for the day and I do not have to see it. But I will support it as it is for a very very good cause. It becomes a pretty expensive headache the next day. Sjoe, those caiparinhas are deadly! But then, one only does it once a year NOT!!!!!!!!!
