I dont quite understand what you're looking for mate... Why would you want to increase bodyfat? What is it at now? Unless its below 4%, in which case it may hamper gains... Tho i doubt you're that low.

Um, but im scared of needles...

Dbol is not the thing you want to use if you are wanting to cut. It will leave you with very high Estrogen levels which will make it very hard to lose fat. Rather look at a Prop and Var cycle, add to that a fat burner like an ECA and you should be sorted.
Your diet and cardio are gonna be the key factors in losing weight, the gear will help keep you from losing muscle tissue, its not gonna do a whole lot for the fat lose.

What are you currently eating on a daily basis?
What does your training look like?

If you want to lose weight you need to diet down and do cardio along with weight training. Diet has to be spot on or you will be wasting your time.

What will happen you ask? You will get fatter if you go on that cycle.

Get your body-fat down to 10% or less then bulk. Cutting on long esters is tricky. Don't know of anyone that does that really.

Give us a breakdown of your current diet, meal for meal.

Diet is not on par. Kak actually. You will see better results with a proper diet. Contact DJ to create a custom diet for you. See contact us link.

Wow, dude that diet is shocking. I'll be surprised if you put on any muscle eating like that. My little sister eats better.
Where is your protein? Where are your clean carbs?
Seriously, you need to get a diet done from scratch. Coco pops, fruit, yoghurt, sandwiches... Those arent doing anything for you. You gotta get things in there like oats for breakfast. Boiled eggs in the morning. Chicken, chicken, chicken... Brown rice...

Dont even bother now with juice, just sort out your diet properly (DJ on the forum can design you one for a fee) and you will make all the gains you need. A diet like that is the only thing holding you back now. Steroids are not necessary

Um, but im scared of needles...

Wow, gives me chills when I read about guys starting cycles without having planned ahead...this is also the first time I've seen "coco-pops" in any, let alone a bb's diet...

My friend do yourself a favour and please put the juice in the cupboard for the next six months, get a proper diet from either DJ on this forum or someone else and first see if you can stick with it for a while, also try and do either a four/five day split once a week as only one day of rest and 6 days of training is pushing it a bit and you might risk overtraining and setting you back another couple of months

Also, try to get your bf% to around 10%...aiming for 5% is unrealistic as its too low to build any solid muscle afaik

If you can stick to yout diet and training for six months then consider the juice again, but please also spend the next six months reading up on anything and everything you can find on cycles and everything that goes with it (your first three research items should be on PCT, PCT, PCT). I'm sure you seen alot of guys taking juice and after taking it they just "deflate" to original size...well the lack of a good pct (post cycle treatment) is the reason for that

This is my seeing on the whole thing, there is alot of guys on here with vast amounts of knowledge that will definately be able to guide you on your way to success

bro are u joking? i will list what is wrong in you diet that needs to be changed!

muesli
coco pops or fruit loops
yogurt
sandwhiches high fiber bread
lean cold meat
fruit juice
yogisip or other lf drink yoguart or smoothie 340ml +1 small pkt prezels
lf white cheese sauce +lean chopped ham 120g and 1/2 cup lf cheddar cheese

bro u are getting in so many shit, actually really shit calories, there is to much shit fat in your diet,to much dairy,to much sugar, not enough complex carbs, not enough healthy fats and not enough protein...u are looking for no gains other than fat gains eating like that and also using nomasust is gonna take u even further backwards...

Want to pick up 13 kgs of muscle and loose 10 percent body fat... maybe 2 years if you lucky... what do you think steroids are some magic wand you wave around and hey, i'm going to take XYZ because I want to put on 13kgs and lose 10% bodyfat...

Firstly if you do this cycle your body fat will probabbly jump to 20 and if you lucky you might even hit your weight and when you hit your weight you going to look like some fat kid.

Then you say oh shit, I let me diet down, and you can diet down to 5% bodyfat and you will probably weigh in at 70kgs.
