Cycle and dosage question

Hey Guys

I need some input on the following and would appreciate any advice or suggestions.

I'm 6weeks into my first cycle that consist of the following:

- 1ML Testoviron
- 1ML Deca

I take this on a Monday once a week.

My questions are as follows:

-As a first time user, was this a good combination and is the dosage OK for optimum results?

-What would you recommend for a PST after the cycle?

I've seen some good gains but would like some input from the veterans.

BF%
Training experience
Current diet

And anything you might want to add.

I thought you might ask that, sorry for not including it.

Weight -102-103kg (Before the Cycle i was 97kg)
Height - 192cm
BF% - Not sure at the moment (Before the cycle it was 17.7%) (Mostly around the midsection)
Training experience - Quite experienced (I can post the schedule here if you'd like) Gym Monday to Thursday
Current diet - Bulking Diet from DJ

My body fat will be much higher now, or it could be water retention. I will check it at the gym and revert back.

My goal would be to bulk up and then go on a keto diet later in the year..

What decca are you using? decca 300mg from nomad? pgw 350mg pharma grade 100mg ?????????????

What's your age by the way?

For a cycle containing deca I'd go for a proper PCT, consisting of Clomid, Kessar and HCG. I like using both but some of the guys use either or.

yes but vega means how many mg is there in 1ml of the products you are using. and you say you will check your bf% at the gym? i hope you not using the machines at VA... they are WROOONG. and you say you are 6weeks in, how long do you plan on doing?

Okay first of all bud no disrespect but, how the fuck do you not know what you are injecting in your ass. And it is your first cycle. No bud, my Honest opinion is finish what you started, get the pct - Hcg and Kessar or Clomid. Then train natural and research all that you can before taking this on again. You are injecting your body with foreign substances, and need to take all neccessary precausions to insure safety and function.

I am not being rude and ask your questions that we can help you. This is the main reason why everyone is on this forum to help one another.

Vega, thank you for you advice on the Clomid, Kessar and HCG. I will be using Nolvadex 3 weeks after my cycle ended and will continue on this for 4 weeks, is this ok?

According to my research HCG will not aid the process of recovery in the post cycle phrase but should rather be taken in smaller doses, more frequently during a cycle will give best overall results and that it's important for the HCG administration to have been completed with 6 or 7 clear days before the onset of PCT in order to avoid inhibition of the Nolvadex and/or Clomid therapy.

What is your take on this?

The cycle you have going is good for bulking. Increase the dosage to 2ml each per week. 1ml Monday and 1ml Thursday and continue for another 6 weeks. Total 12 weeks.

You can use HCG during cycle, between your last shot and start of PCT, and can also be used during PCT. Whichever works better for you.

After your last shot wait for the ester to clear then start PCT. I think Deca is 17 days. Not sure. Just have a look in the PCT section of the forum. There are some stickies explaining PCT and ester half life's etc.

So PCT for you would look something like this:

week 11-14 HCG 500IU EOD
Start week 15 Clomid 100mg for 10 days
Start week 15 Kessar 20mg for 30 days

Agree with milk increase dosages to 12 weeks and pct 2 weeks after last pin Hcg, kessar and clomid. Hcg will definately help in post cycle to increase natural test basically trying to keep you gains and a hard pct is needed as deca is a 19-nor drug that suppresses the natural test heavy. Even just 100mg of deca will supress your natural test drastically.

I would say take some more Moola buy another deca 350mg from pgw and buy a test Ent 300mg also pgw. kessar 20mg 30tabs, clomid 50mg 10 tabs, hcg 1500iu/ml 3mls

I have a question for you about the HCG, i got this info from the internet.

"HCG administration post-cycle is common practice among bodybuilders in the belief that it will aid the natural testosterone recovery, but this theory is unfounded and also counterproductive. The rapid rise in both testosterone, and thus oestrogen due to aromatisation, from the administration of HCG causes further inhibition of the HPTA (Hypothalamic/Pituitary/Testicular Axis - feedback loop discussed above); this actually worsens the recovery situation. HCG does not restore the natural testosterone production."

"It was once commonly used during PCT in the belief it will aid testosterone restoration, however this is flawed due to its mechanism action. The drug mimics the effects of LH in the body, stimulating the Leydig cells to produce testosterone in the testes. This can be fruitful in rectify existing, or avoiding testicular atrophy on cycle. It will not aid the process of recovery in the post cycle phrase however, as the drug will bring about heightened oestrogen levels due to the greater aromatising of the testosterone being produced in the testes, thus bringing about greater inhibition of the HPTA."

Have you ever done a PCT? If you wanna bring your balls back to life you need to use HCG in your PCT or just before PCT. I will only use it on cycle for a long cycle 16 weeks +
