Say for instance I don't extend my cycle and it stays on 10 weeks, would it be OK to use Nolvadex/Kessar with HCG or would you rather recommend adding Clomid?

Could you by any chance edit your PCT according to that?

week 10-? HCG (Dosage?) (When to take?)
Start week 13-? (Nolvadex/Kessar Dosage?) (When to take?)

Week 9,10,11,12 HCG 500IU EOD (Every Other Day, Anytime during the day)
Start week 13 Clomid 100mg for 10 days (If you can get hold of Clomid)
Start week 13 Kessar 20mg for 30 days

You can add in a Natural Test booster like SPS Test-RX during PCT.

Would this be correct?

Correct.

Just use HCG every second day for the duration. So it's Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun, Tue, Thu etc.
