Help Needed: first time user

I have seven years lifting experience and have mastered training and nutrition at least when it comes to myself. I've built very decent size in all muscle groups. I am using Muscletech and EAS supplements and I feel that it is now time to "cross the border" and I am considering starting my first cycle.

I am looking for an extra kick and considering low doses of oral anabolics. What do you suggest? I am not looking for huge gains as I build mass fairly easily. I also don't want to use injectables as I have a problem with needles. I am looking for a sample oral only cycle. Just to pop in some Dbol tabs so to say.

Which products do you recommend and at what dosages?
I have had childhood gyno and I consider using something to prevent this from growing. Can I use proviron?

I am 89Kgs, been training for 7 yrs, I train with moderate weights, reps in the range of 8-12. I will soon incorporate high intensity techniques ( I am doing straight sets now). Arms 18inches, height 1.75m, waist 31. Recreational bodybuilder, not wanting ripped muscles, just lean mass.

Diet is 250g protein per day, 400-500g carbs, low fats. Supplement: Multivitamin by Biogen, EAS Muscle Armor, Myoplex and sometimes when I have money I buy a NO Booster.

Aim is to reach 100-105kgs in shape.

Doesn't matter . If he wants descent results he has to inject.

Going on Dbol only cycle is a waste.. And you will loose most of your gains...

Easiest route isnt always the best.

I am 30 and yes I have one hell of a fear of needles. It's not about the pain but it's a mental thing. :laugh:

You 30 and need to get over this fear..

i here u on the needle thing, but its really not that bad.

An oral only cycle will get u no results. Dbolls will swel u up and then u blow down again when u stop. Just not worth it.

U need to look at a injectable cycle of test. Thats the only way u gonna get the results that u looking for. And the most important thing will be ur diet. Without that u wont grow the way u want to, steroids or no steroids!

P.s. I personally think u wasting ur money on those expensive supplements!

How about Anadrol or Anavar?

The needle is a phobia as I told you it's not about the pain. I am hardcore but no needles.

I believe i am wasting my cash on the imported stuff, I will switch to the local products. This is because I was living in the UK for some time and using these brands there. I will switch to USN, SSN, EVOX etc.

Anadrol as in oxymethelone "anapolans" =Bad Idea!
Anavar = weak not worth it
Anadrol as a prohormone = ok but still not worth it in the end

Dude alot of peeps on this forum had that phobia, but after ur first pin u'll c its not that bad. Its a mental block and u have to get over it. I did!

Why USN sucks? I have never used their products before but have used EVOX and SSN.

Look i suggest u do a little bit of research first. When ur done come back with a cycle. Then list ur cycle idea; compounds and length of cycle with dosages. Also list ur pct and the diet that u will be following. Then from there we will give u are input. Were here to help but not spoon feed. Show us that u did the effort to research and will gladly reply and help.

As for the usn products, there has been rumors of too much sugar in their products and also u dont always get whats listed on the label.

Give them both a try at the same time...1ml x 1ml every week

@ fakey i dont agree that Var is to weak and not worth it. It is pricey yes but if it is administered correctly and in the right dosages its results is extremely good.

@ hans. Boet oral only route is a no-no. If it is your first a test cycle is top. you can put a oral in to give the early boost.

Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
Week 1-12 Test Enanthate 600mg

PCT start 2 weeks after last pin

Week 14-15 HCG 500iu EOD
Week 16 Clomid 50 mg ED
Week 17-20 Kessar 20 mg ED

And bud go read the pct section ( DOCTARI's PCT )

REMEMBER research as much as you can. And your Diet will need work go to the contact us and drop DJ a mail he will sort out a diet for you. Its worth it and remember the juice wont do jackshit if your diet is not on track

USN is terrible i totally know, im my industry they where so desperate they gave us a whole pile of there stuff to use and never even charged us for it....USN is just crap..sorry had to add my 5 cents.
