The active ingredient in the winstrol is a suspension in water, so it is basically the same as a powdered wintrol tab in water. You will get the same effect mg for mg injesting it in liquid form as you would by taking winstrol tablets. However intra-muscular injections will ensure an easier absorption into the bloodstream. When taken orally the absorption process has to go through a 2nd pass metabolism via the liver hense there will be less active absorption into the bloodstream. If you are not suffering from injection pain (and you most likely won't with a brand such as illium) it will be better bang for your buck if you go for IM injections.
