I am a female 27 years old, I have never used steroids before and I am getting married in 8 months, I need to lose 25-30kg in 6 months.
A friend suggested I use CYX3 and I am clueless as to how and if this will work?
If this is the way to go, I will also need some advice on a diet?
I woud appreciate any feedback...
Thanks
C

30kgs in 6 months is a hard shot, how active are you at the moment?

then get yourself a nice intro program, a proper diet u can either use DJ who is quite clever or a dietitian (make sure there qualified).
Give it 3 months see where your standing then make a decision

You need the right mindset and to be prepared, social life (dinners with friends, braais etc.) pretty much go out the window. I also stopped drinking for that 6 months and you constantly get harassed by people who try demotivate "ah you can cheat once, it wont make a difference"
I haven't used any fat loss agents, and weight loss is still going strong with DJs helps, so will only look at it for the last few kgs.
Losing that much weight win such a short time will also mean a bit of lose skin depending on how elastic your skin is.

In 6 months? Not even a DJ diet kooks.
You will have to look at the chemical side, but really do not recommend that.
Fast weight loss like that = fast weight gain again.
Its a life style transformation and perpetual work. If you can loose that in 6 months you will have a huge amount of loose skin to deal with and am sure you don't want that on your wedding photos.
It will also be unhealthy to loose that amount of body fat in that short space of time.
Rather look at a dietitian and do it safely as I am sure you would like to have kids some day.
It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

I got 23kgs mostly due to losing a lot of water the first two weeks on keto, nearly 6 kgs. then it slowed down to a kilo a week with here and there a bad week where DJ would change something and get me back on track.
Don't get demotivated by us but, we more don't want you to be dissapointed. 20kgs of fat loss is a huge difference anbd if you get anywhere near that you will be well pleased with yourself. I've had to buy a complete new wardrobe, energy levels up etc.

Wanted to add this as well.. Me and my Fiance are getting married in Novemeber and she wanted to lose a kilo or two, so worked her something out. She seems to lose a lot slower then i do(500-600grams a week), so maybe a kilo a week for the female persuation is a bit high, due to lower testosterone and lower weight in general but DJ might answer this as I know he has worked out some diets for the ladies.
Also she has been using sculpt gel for a week and lost 1cm on thighs, strangely no weight loss though as she couldn't keep on the diet, likes the nice tasting things too much, she only wanted to lose 5 though.

If you have only been gotten back to training 2 weeks ago, I wouldn't even touch anything chemical based. Sort out a diet and a fixed training program.
You wont lose 30 kg in six months, sorry but that goal is really unrealistic, set a more realistic goal otherwise you set yourself up for failure and disappointment, 10-12 kg sounds a lot more realistic and you can reach that without any substances
