Howzit going guys,

I'm sorry if I'm asking a question that has been asked before but after all my research and positive mindset, honestly my positivity took a dive straight out the window with this weight gain.

I was hoping to get someone who could possibly help me with a workout and diet plan to help me with my weight and muscle gain.

I started 'gyming' when I was 13 years old, stopped for 2 years, went back then stopped again when I was 17. I used to weigh 65 kgs then my shamefull days brought me down to 53 kgs and nothing more and nothing less. I'm 19 years old and pretty average height 1.76m right now I weigh about 61.9kgs :) not looking to lose that weight ANYTIME soon! I've been gyming again, and very disciplined with my routine, for the past 5 months. I used the dreaded garbage known as USN Muscle Fuel STS for 3 months along with their Creatine X4 tablets for 2 months and went from 53 to 58 kgs in 2 months so that really got my spirits up.

I used 2 capsules of Muscle Extremes Super Anadrol daily for a month and only gained 2 kgs within that month  ''One of the best you can get'' according to my supplier. I then switched to taking 3 Dbol 5mg tablets throughout the day spread over a 4 hour split. I'm now on a 4 DBol 5mg tablets a day course. I was told yeah you should gain atleast 7kgs with this stuff! Yeah I gained 2kgs max on this stuff. My own mistake was not taking the right protein shake with it because I was a little strapped for cash so I settled for the Clicks Rapid Grow Anabolic.

If anyone could help me with getting a good overall plan going with a few exercises I would greatly appreciate it. Or even a link to some good info, I've tried researching but it's turning up nothing as the exercise plan I was on worked as well as the usn products, all were a sack of shit.

Thanks in advance

Dude, lets start at the beginning. You are too young for steroids. Dbol is a steroid.

Secondly, you are doing it wrong. Dbol is for short term use at the beginning of a cycle.

Now stop the dbol. NOW.
Do you actually have any idea what it is doing to your natural hormone levels, your liver?
Any gains you make on it you will lose, as you are not using properly and clearly dont know what you're putting into your body.

The reason you're not growing is because your diet is shit. Nevermind all the fancy pills and steroids, leave them alone and spend your moiney on quality protein and food.

Seriously, drop the dbol immediately and stop looking for quick fixes, nothing is gonna make you grow but diet.

Um, but im scared of needles...

I agree with Spike. Ur doin urself in. I gain 10 kg naturally in 2 years without any aas. My diet was shit back then so half was fat and water. If i had a proper diet who knows what the outcome could have been. A proper diet can make the worlds deffirence and with all the natty test at a young age u can grow quite nicely.

Well for a workout program go to the download section and get the max-ot training program - will do u a world of good in building muscle and strength gains.

As for diet contact dj at the contact us sections for a custom diet, he does charge but worth every penny.

It really worries me, lately there has been all these young guys coming on the forum screwing up their bodies with misuse of AAS.

These guys that are selling to these youngsters are doing AAS an injustice and should be named and shamed.

I agree thug, but sadly 90% of ppl who sell aas's are in it for a quick buck and couldn't care less about u and ur health. They mostly sell d-bolls to them cause they now they will see quick results and then they will come back for more. What they don't know its all water and as quick as it came it will go.

JUST OUT OF CURIOSITY! Would starting off with a course of DBol then switching to Winstrol or any other steroid used to get you ripped or cut not solve the 'water' problem?

P.S. Like I said, I'm going to switch to a balanced diet and the Max-OT programme and give them a chance to work their magic the natural way. I'm just asking about the switch out of pure curiosity.

Bud just forget about any orals - they're only there as a cycle support.

D-bolls: to kickstart a cycle when using long estered test so u don't have to wait 4 - 5 weeks to start seeing results, it gives u nice strength gains at the beginning of a cycle and weight increase from the water.

Winstrol: Its mostly used at the end of a cycle to get rid of the water bloat and to help solidify the gains u made in ur cycle, also to round it of nicer with a "harder look" depending on the cycle and bf% at the end.

Thats roughly what they do, and what they're used for. ( they do more and are used for more reason but those are some of the basics)

But on their own they are not good for making or keeping gains, especially the toxicity that goes with it doesn't make it worth it.
