Anavar (Nomad) - Whats an effectice D/Dose? was created by JJ888

Hi Guys,

I got Nomad Anavar 10mg tabs, I weigh around 90kg's. All i wanna do is harden up a bit and cut some fat. What would be an effectice daily dose? Pls not im only running this, not going to add anything else.

Did some research on the net and it seems that most sites rate 40mg's a day, others say its not effective unde 100mgs a day?

Hey bud

Anavar is more effective at higher dosages and longer periods. 60mg + for 6 - 8 weeks.

Personally i think u gonna be disappointed in ur nomad var. I run nomad var last year @ 60mg and felt nadda - might aswell use it for a coffe or tea sweetener.

Hey JJ.

Ja, nomad has got a bad rep for their orals which has now unfortunately spread to their injectables too.

So take Fakey's advice and stay away.

However, if you have them already, its too late so you may as well go ahead and run it - hope for the best...

p.s: IMO if your main goals are to harden up and cut some fat, post your diet and the guys may be able to advise you on how to clean it up some. Maybe consider running some clen or an eca stack & up your cardio?

Ye, i had to run it at 100mg pd. THen had great results. I havnt had any probs with nomads stuff. Just the main stream says its like smarties..Mine was okay the first time i used it, second time wasnt great. Would rather have gone the t3 and clen route for 1/2 the price.

Thanks for the advice guys. I've bought it so ill take it, maybe ill take 100mg"s and it will be done in two weeks or so.

Can you guys recommend a brand that does work? Seems that the dude I'm buying from just sells s... Would ask for reputable sources but yah, not gonna happen on here.

Ran clen before but didn't work too well.

Nomad isnt bad. Dont get me wrong. Just u have to hit any var hard for it too be effective in some1 that has used before.
And me asking what is LP and OC? Labs?

LP = Liquid Pharmaceuticals. not quite sure what OC stands for, but ja - they're labs.

My first cycle ever was OT and Anavar. Cut up quite nicely. Both LP products.

Thakns, ill ask around for that.

Im taking 6 tabs of the nomad now, so thats 60mg's. Hope it works at this dose and that im not just wasting my time.

Much more and it gets quite expensive.

In a reply to my diet question, i think its quite good. My body's just hold on to fat for some reason, been taking some fat burners, workout twice a day for the past 3 weeks, hour cardio. Think it might be water weight, so taking a herbal diuretic.

JJ888, How long are you going to run the Var for? I can tell you that two weeks is going to be a waste of time. I wouldn't run Var any less than 8 weeks. I ran a Var only coarse a few months ago (50mg/Day) and only started seeing results around week 7. Also would keep the dosage between 60mg - 100mg per day.

StuartF, what Var did you use? Seeing results around 7 weeks doesn't sound right, usually 3 weeks, if not then 4 weeks
