Test all year round?

Was chatting to a mate the other day he was telling me he is going to be trying something new. After he finishes his current cycle he is going to go on a low dose of test for a while until he is ready again to go on his next big cycle. Is this bridging? Is this a good idea? How would you do your pct if you never go off test? I cant see this been good for you body to be on test even if it is low doses all year round. Any comments would be great thanks.

a lot of guys use 250mg of test all year round,almost like a hormone replacement dosage,i wouldn't suggest it unless u are older...like after 35 or so...

DJ what kind of frequency would you suggest taking that test - once per week ? Just asking because I am one of those "older " guys :lol:

Haha - Thats right!

Also going to put myself on TRT as from Jan when my Deca/Sust cycle ends. Sust 250 once a week.
The up-down of PCT/cycle is just too much of a schlep and puts my body under more stress than just staying on.
I will keep the HCG in there as Dr Crisler recommends.

But before you just jump on the band-wagon... Have all the bloodwork done etc.
Make sure this is the route you really want to follow.
Or maybe this is the route you NEED to follow.

All i believe is that there is no reason to live with testosterone readings in the lower-normal range just because the dr says its still normal.
