Tren enanthate dosage and water retention

Hi,

For those of you who have run tren enenthate what dosage did you find effective?

Obviously this depends on many factors but would like to know what you ran and how you found the sides/results at that dose.

Will you hold water with tren E, I understand tren ace has minimal water retention but looking at test, enanthate/cyp will retain more water than prop. Considering this and past experience do you hold water on tren E?

The reason I ask is because I have someone close to me that wants to run tren E but doesnt know whether to run 300mg/450mg per week?

His cycle currently is:

1-12 test Cyp 750mg per week
1-10 tren E 300mg per week
1-4 superdrol 20mg per day.

Docs pct.


He is 24 92kg 183cm about 12%bf this will be his 5th cycle. Is 300mg tren enough per week?

how long can one safely use tren in a cycle (kidneys etc)?

That is an impossible question to answer, one can't even give a guess, monitor your urine for proteins and blood. Also look at creatine levels and watch out for dull aches in your kidneys and don't ignore it...

I agree with Juiced that 300mg is plenty but I've only used the E version tren over 6 weeks.
