This may be a very silly question, but is there complications having a rabies shot while on Clen?

Each day ask yourself "have I done my very best today? Or have I just done my best?"

hey guys, thanks for the answers. Not me, for my wife. I am married to a dog! nah, just joking. She works for a vet and they get a rabies shot every 5 years. Good to know that there will be no complications. Thanks again.

Rabies does NOT equal Tetanus.
Tetanus is "lock-jaw" "Klem in die kaak"

The Rabies Vaccine is not the same as the tetanus shot.

Clostridium tetani is the active agent in tetanus which s also found in the rabies vaccine. . .both are identical in compound structure the only difference is tetanus is synthetic compound and Rabies (FURY LEP) is a viral compound but both comprise of CLT5 (sorry sister is a vetinary sciences major) in otherwords they are injecting you with the same thing twice and you are paying for it twice. . .hehehe

Tetanus immunization protects against tetanus (lockjaw), a bacterial infection that can occur when tetanus bacteria get in a wound (break in the skin or mucous membrane). Also known as lockjaw, tetanus is a serious and potentially fatal disease caused by a neurotoxin produced by the Clostridium tetani bacteria. Your dog bites you, you get a Tetanus shot.

Rabies is a preventable viral disease that affects the central nervous systems of humans and other mammals. People and animals get the rabies virus from the bite of an animal infected with the disease. There are two types of vaccine against rabies — given before a bite (pre-exposure), or just after exposure (post-exposure). Rabies vaccine is usually 3-5 shots spread over a month. The human diploid cell rabies vaccine (H.D.C.V.) was started in 1967. Human diploid cell rabies vaccines are made using the attenuated Pitman-Moore L503 strain of the virus. Human diploid cell rabies vaccines have been given to more than 1.5 million humans as of 2006. A dog that has the rabies virus bites you, you get rabies vaccine shots for a month.
