Great focus when doing sets
Only downside to me is the pinning every workout day. I pin 1.5ml. and take about 30-45 seconds to inject it all, its got a bit of a sting to it but nothing bad.
This combined with a solid diet especially pre and post workout and you should see good results in workouts, all in all money well spent.

Says so on the bottle and from personal experience, the effects are way different when doing an intra muscular injection... plus, when i did it subcutaneously it left these lumps under my skin...

I use a slin pin- so sometimes I missjudge my "deepness?". If I have a lump it takes about 3-5 days to go away.
Thunderbeast- try 2ml, won't do any harm but 1 or even 1.5ml is too little for me.
2ml gets the face red and I get like an allergic reaction on the joint where I injected for about 10 minutes- but then you'll see the beast get out in you....

Yes it's Niacin by Solal 100mg tabs o/counter it's very cheap R45 for 60 I take 5 30min before training. Enjoy the rush and increased vascularity it also lowers cholesterol LDL.Ondier wrote:

the beta alanine. What brand you use? the supps SA one is the only standalone I can find info on. I'm quite keen to try my hand at a home-brewed pre workout and I may as well start by trying your blend. It galls me to pay 500 bucks for hemo rage and I dont feel any difference whatsoever.
