I have been gyming for a while now.Started off with no suplements. So 3-4 weeks ago I started using muscle science Xtreme grow protein combined with muscle science Ripped hardcore.

The resuslts from then up to now can clearly be seen. But I want more...More muscle gains ,better performance while training and end off with the pump effect.

I weigh about 95-96kg ,I'm 1.8m hight.Mornings I eat yoghurt mixed with mussli and a sliced bananna.

during the day I consume fruite and yoghurt and a sandwitch.Evenings I eat whatever I get..

The diet i'm on is not on paper so it's kind of rough...

I want to start using steroids. But I'm not shure what to buy and what not to buy as there are so many...

Can you people supply me with the needed info on which roids to buy?

Look in to budget wise as well.Don't want to end off spending all my cash on roids.

I think this is a tricky one ;/

Help would be appreciated :)

Juan..

ok first of all a while is a general term which means u have been training for less than a year,so scratch the anabolics idea for a while still, maybe 2-3 years. if u have just started using a mass gaining protein powder then u are definantly far from an experienced natural athlete so no go on the juice there buddy boy.

diet is vital,at that height and weight u should be consuming about 3500cals. and yoghurt fruit and museli isnt going to cut it dude...bread is far from a good carb source unless its low gi bread.how can u expect to build a brick house when all u got to make walls is mud and straw? relook your diet before u begin thinking about chemicals....

training is a vital thing i can probably say that u don't know your body yet and how different work outs effect it so i would suggest looking in the downloads section to get the Max - OT training programme,in that pdf file there is a section on dieting, read it,adapt it to your body and u will grow...

I have to agree with djeasy. I looked at that program, & I did read it. It is quite a long document, but learned a lot about training, programmes, & the excicution of training methods. Believe me, read it & you will get wise.
