Hey guys,
Ive recently been in a car accident. I am really struggling with my back muscles to recover. Will a anabolic steroid like deca or equipoise help with the recovery of the muscles? And if so, is it a good option to follow and what would work best.
Thanx:)

I myself was out for almost three years bro, bike accident. I would not do that if I was you. The biggest thing about your recovery is, time. Take it slow & just be a bit patient. Excerize your back twice a week, but keep it the weight down & pick up as your body tells you to. You don't want to battle with back problems in 4 to 5 years time.
