Niki i dont think you should feel despondent, it takes guts to stand on stage and i think the fact that you feel you can win the bikini this year is confidence enough. i have ried to research for my wife too but not much info for woman, what i have found so far yes var is safest for woman, winny and premo can be used by woman although not recomended seems to crop up in a few woman cycles. i will do more research because my wife will try winny afer this var cycle. if she increased her var dose would you recon one morning one evening?

Just my two cents again ... I have worked very closely with figure and fitness models all holding cards with I ifbb and they on heavy stuff ... Just saying ..

i take two at 10pm and its working great great definition ..... but i gym hard!

thanks mcj! i appreciate it! yes that is me, about 4weeks ago! im hitting hard cardio now to bring out my definition more! wish me luck! ps. ive been off anavar for 1 day so far and my tummy is less swollen, will see later today if it comes again, but im taking x 2winny in its place .... hope its as effective
