Winstrol, clenbuterol, T3 or T4

hi guys i want to start using clen stack with T3 or T4. is this good idea ?
then after weight loss, start with winstrol to get lean and big.
do i need any hormone balancers when using winstrol ?

You should rather start on 2 weeks clen then 2 weeks heat , and repeat this cycle , t3 shouldn't be used without anabolics as it will eat into muscle aswell . I would also leave the winny for now

Sorry didnt see you wanna use the winny after your bodyfatb has come down . Look after you get you bodyfat down you can do a beginner bulking cycle 600mg testen for 12 weeks frontloaded with 40-50mg dbol for 4 weeks , you can use proviron to bridge to pct , or if you can even run it through the entire cycle . You can also use the winny and proviron to bridge , but i dont even think the winny is needed . Giving your diet is in place you will make great gains

Howzit bud. To be honest rather leave the T3 & 4 you don't need it. Rather go with clen and heat. Cycle it, 2 weeks clen and 2 weeks heat. Get yourself some betasleep or similar to refresh your receptors if taking clen for an extended period. How is your diet? Are you doing cardio at all and when are you doing it if you are? I think these are things that will help you get to your goal without taking the diuretics although they will aid you quicker to that goal. I think the best thing is get your diet sorted out, within 12weeks you can drop that bf% and then that will give you a good foundation to do a proper cycle with test in it and if you wanted to, use winstrol from end cycle to pct as a bridge. Stick around, learn a bit more before you just jump into something you not 100% familiar with. Read through the drug profile and beginner cycles etc. This will give you a good basis from which to work and to think about what you really want and what your goals are at the end of the day.

Bud u are rushing into things,t3 and t4 are powerful thyroid hormones,so they increase your metabolic rate,so therefore they will make u burn through a lot of calories in a day,a lot of the time when u are dieting u are in a calorie defecit already so therefore t3 and t4 will burn through a lot of calories and will burn fat and muscle. So using t3 or t4 without anabolics is a stupid idea all together!! Also u will hate the sides of t3.when u start eating into muscle u slow your metabolism down as the less muscle u have the less calories u burn.so u are going about this the wrong way. Yes u will need hormone balancers(pct) after winstrol! U are trying to supplement good hard training,diet and cardio with chemicals and u are gonna do more harm than good.

No heat is an eca stack, which is ephadrine, caffiene and asprin

Here is what u need to do :

1 get your diet sorted
2 start training with a proper training program 3-4x a week
3 start doing 30mins of cardio 4x a week.
4 after 4 weeks of strict hard diet and cardio and training then add in fat burners
5 training for 12-16 weeks like this to get your body fat to the right level
6 maintain body fat at low level for 3-6months
7 start a begginers cycle.

read through the drug profiles and sample cycles, you will see when it is neccessary to take each of the above and to know the difference between the above mentioned compounds. As some free up test and others either surpress or kill off estrogen. Learn learn learn. Then come and ask to your heart content, if you don't understand

You have got the wrong attitude bud. We are here handing out the advice to u so u don't hurt yourself,if u don't like what we say and decide to do what ever u like on your own we can't stop u,but I have been dealing with steroids,fat burners and diets and training for the last 7 years and have given u the right advice.use it,don't use it,damage yourself,that's your own choice now.

i am sorry but i have to agree with DJ.. his advice is solid.. judging by your pic you are no where near ready to use steroids let alone substances like t3 and t4, i know guys who barely train with more muscle <<< please this is not me trying to be a dick i am just giving it to you straight.. Patience is a virtue in this game and i hope you take DJs advice to heart and don't see this as me being too harsh, it is not my intention..

Dude seriously, you're looking for a quick fix. Unfortunatly there isn't an easy way to building that perfect body. People don't realise what effort, dedication and sacrifice goes into it and when you tell them they give up almost straight away. You have got to be willing to do whatever it takes. If you don't, you'll never get there

Stop looking up information on steroids and fatburners right now. Read up on training and dieting! Get those sorted first 100%, then add in some cardio. U are looking for a quick fix with chemicals,u need to realise there is no quick fix,with out your training and diet being correct u are wasting your time even considering steroids.

Bud before i found this forum , i also had the same thinking , just use this and that and boom i will be big . It doesn't work like that . Only after the advise from the members on this forum , especially dj , that i started seeing major results , but you need to put in the hard work to get something out . Follow dj's advise my friend and i PROMISE you wont be dissapointed

@Koularas, I wish you luck on your journey, remember the side effects of steroids will long outlast your muscles. This journey is one that you undertake for the rest of your life, bodybuilding is therefore a life style and there is no quike fix.

Ps. If the advice given here could be coverted into rands & cents it would have cost you a fortune, just hire a personel trainer for 1 hour and see what it costs you.(I not flame'ing you)

@Ontong, i've got it, thanks. i know that this advise is solid and trustworthy. im just little confused with the diet form post... i dont want to start steroids yet, just want to know how it works all together.

I think the dieting part is where we all struggle, so dont worry to much about it.
