haha ya i know, my diet isnt in order yet, i still have at least a year of proper nutrition to go before ill take something.. That doesnt mean i eat junk food and stuff, i just try eat eat healthy.. kinda on a rather slim budget, so trying to live, save, and get a spot on diet is rather impossible..
Meal 1 : 3 scrambled eggs, 3 pro vita, 1 fruit
Meal 2 : 1 low GI bread sandwhich, usually with some form of protein btwn the bread, cottage cheese, tuna,ham..
Meal 3 : Same as above, or below
Meal 4 : 3 Pro vita & cottage cheese
Meal 5 : whey after workout (if i have any)
Meal 6 : 1 piece meat & veggies
I try get all carbs early on in the day, and none at night, and dont eat empty calories..
This is my third year of training, started out being extremely fat, unfit and overweight.. Lost that weight in a year, but gained no muscle or definition, and still had some belly fat.. the 6 pack is just a mythical creature for me:) lol.. Then last year gained about 10-15kgs, obviously not all clean.. Would say BF is around 17% now.. Didnt really do anything and messed around for a while, been training properly again for about 6 weeks now, looking to shed the BF:)
Do Max OT weight training 4x a week, and 20min cardio after each workout..
