What are your guys thoughts on this basic cycle to drop bodyfat?

Weeks 1-8
Test Prop 100mg EOD

Weeks 1,2,5,6
Clen

Weeks 3,4,7,8
HEAT/WASP, not sure which one would be best?

PCT
Would Nolva and Ovidrel be sufficient? or should there also be some clomid?

Iv gotta get something done... The next time you see me Im gonna have some Bi's, Tri's & Abs.

What clen are you planning to use..??
Im currently using the clen gel and the results is very good,wont use tabs or inject again...running clen 2 weeks on 2 off and when im off the clen im using riverzine and that to is working wonders.

why not run the test prop for 10weeks, and the last 6weeks add in stanazol,should harden u up nicely and help with that drop in body fat...

well it would be my first cycle, so only want to run one type of AAS to see how my body reacts.. main goal of cycle would be to drop 6 to 8% BF, and not lose too much muscle mass.. Would that be a realistic goal?

Been researching for ages now, but still not quite ready to use yet.. The frequent injections arent too much of a concern for me, as id rather be able to control sides and that easier than with a long ester..

Just researching alot to make sure i get the most out of the cycle as possible and not half arse it and screw up..

well its not the substance that makes u cut champ it definantly is the diet and without a copy of your diet and your current stats it would be like saying how long is a piece of string

haha ya i know, my diet isnt in order yet, i still have at least a year of proper nutrition to go before ill take something.. That doesnt mean i eat junk food and stuff, i just try eat eat healthy.. kinda on a rather slim budget, so trying to live, save, and get a spot on diet is rather impossible..

Meal 1 : 3 scrambled eggs, 3 pro vita, 1 fruit
Meal 2 : 1 low GI bread sandwhich, usually with some form of protein btwn the bread, cottage cheese, tuna,ham..
Meal 3 : Same as above, or below
Meal 4 : 3 Pro vita & cottage cheese
Meal 5 : whey after workout (if i have any)
Meal 6 : 1 piece meat & veggies

I try get all carbs early on in the day, and none at night, and dont eat empty calories..

This is my third year of training, started out being extremely fat, unfit and overweight.. Lost that weight in a year, but gained no muscle or definition, and still had some belly fat.. the 6 pack is just a mythical creature for me:) lol.. Then last year gained about 10-15kgs, obviously not all clean.. Would say BF is around 17% now.. Didnt really do anything and messed around for a while, been training properly again for about 6 weeks now, looking to shed the BF:)

Do Max OT weight training 4x a week, and 20min cardio after each workout..

ok your diet will not suffice,look in the contest prep section for threads in there about dieting i have replied to lots of people in regards to dieting,there is even a sticky at the top where it tells u how to work out calorie needs (doctari gave good answers there)

sorry bro ... what's your cycle history ?


if you've got a few cycles under your belt you could try a Test Prop / Tren cycle ... that + a high cardio , moderate weight training routine with a lot of supersets built in will cut like a mofo !

but your calories have GOT TO BE RIGHT ... or else its all for naught i'm afraid.

Hi spawn,

I agree with DJ and WOT. Your diet is key and what you eating at the moment doesn't even have enough protein to make next door neighbour cat grow.lol!
You will probably have to eat three times what you have in your diet at the moment to see anything.

Few tips:
Cut out the bread replace with basmati rice or potatoes
You want to get your carbs around training time.
Also you going to have to do a minimum of 30minutes cardio a day. Preferably in the morning and train in the evenings.

I have amended your diet below... but it's all thumb suck because I don't know your stats and what your daily Metabolic Rate is.
But its something and is better than what you downing at the mo.
Quantity will be up to you to once you know what going on with your calorie intake.

Meal 1 : 6 eggs whites, 1 egg yolk scrambled eggs, Oats/All Bran with raisins
Meal 2 : veg & chicken
Meal 3 : veg tin of tuna
Meal 4 : basmati rice & chicken
Meal 5: Banana and apple with rice cake and some almond nuts OR a pre-workout drink with some whey (for energy during your training)
Meal 6 : whey after workout
Meal 7 : lean steak/fish/chicken & veggies
