Please give your comments on this cycle

Ok my goals are....

Not to gain to much mass.
Harden up and thicken out a bit.
Loose a bit of fat.
Maybe put on a bit of lean muscle.

My Stats...

24yo
173cm
80kgs
12 to 13 % BF

This will be more of a cutting cycle while adding a small amount of lean muscle. Not looking to put on much weight.

This will be the first time I will be taking Anavar and Proviron so any comments on them would be appreciated.

I know the PCT is not that comprehensive, so any comments on this would be great bearing in mind I only have access to Clomid and Kessar.

Would like to hear your thoughts on the timing, maybe you have some better suggestions.

I reckon you'll have to bump up your Proviron and Kessar dosage to about 2kg each to deal with that estrogen buildup :laugh:

The prop would be better for this cutting cycle but i'm not to keen on injecting EOD.

Anavar closer to 100.
Proviron 50-100 - i got best results at 100.
PCT looks OK to me.
Remember the Vits E, C etc.
Var dries up the oils - make sure your EFA's are high.

I personally would go with 600mg testen every week, nothing less and maybe at the end of your 10 week cycle go with a bottle of test prop, for about 20 days - 100mg EOD. If you can maybe add a bottle of Equi into your cycle it will help and also make you appetite a bit stronger.

The PCT will be more efficient with the test prop at the end because the testen will by out your system by the time you finish your prop, and the prop has a very short active life of 2-3 days. So you can start your PCT 2-3 days after your last shot of test prop.
Injecting every other day isn't that bad... I'm busy injecting 3ml EOD (winny/masteron/prop).

Tren is an option I want to try out with my next cycle... but if you don't have many cycles under you belt I won't recommend it.
Maybe go with some Winstrol instead of your Anavar... works out cheaper as well. I know Var is quite pricey.

learn to deal with the EOD shots .. they're really not THAT bad. Then add prop in rather than a long acting test for a cutting cycle.

personally this cycle doesn't really look like that much of a cutter ... anavar can be very hit and miss, really depends on whether your body reacts well to it or not ...

on a cycle like this i'd drop my calories and start hitting mad amounts of cardio , 40 minutes in the morning and another 20 at night with your muscle groups.

Cleaning up your diet is going to be the most important thing (IMO)

I've seen guys get lean on just testen... it all depends on the individual and your diet at the end of the day.

i reckon at least 500mg of testen per week and up the var to 60-80mg per day, if you want to go with these 2 compounds. I just finished 6 weeks of this and had decent results, but i do believe i could have spent my money wiser. Having said that, i did pick up about 5 kgs in 6 weeks, so not too bad

Thank you for your input, i would like to up the doses and add a few more compounds but cost is a big factor to. Plus i am not a very big guy so i am hoping these doses will give me the mild results i am looking for. The last few courses i have done were also very low doses and i was very happy with there results. I will be taking a strong multi vit, EFA's, Glutamine, Milk Thistle, Vit B12 and a few other things. My diet will be very clean. May be i should just man up and get the Prop, Do you think i will notice the difference? Would the Prop be more prone to skin problems as your test levels will be spiking and dropping so much or would it be much over much?

If i dropped the Proviron and upped the Anavar maybe??

If you go the Prop route your test levels will be quite constant at EOD.
The results will also come quicker and on that cycle will be nice. Also start with the anavar when you start the Prop.
Anavar gave me some zits on my shoulders.

Yeah i think i might try the prop then, you say i should start the Anavar when i start the Prop, would it not be better to take the Anavar at the tail end of the cycle? your thoughts? I am going to be taking some purbac for my skin but if that doesn't keep the zits at bay i might take some aracutane which i have on hand. Also thinking about switching my PCT to Clomid. I will also get some Creatine x4 i have heard that works quite well with the Anavar?

As you wish. It'l take a bit before you really start feeling something. Both take some time to reach proper levels.
Keep the Kessar. Worked wonders for me.
