Advice on preparing for comp! was created by kraz
Hi All,

I have been training for about 5 years and have competed in IFBB events. I'm a junior u/21 and have been competing naturally so far.

My questions to the \"teachers\" out there is the following:

If I want to compete in a big comp (NABBA U/23 OR WPF U/23) in a few years time.. (And hopefull progress to world champs... Like Marius, John Leslie or Andrew Hudson). What cycle would be the best for me?

I like the idea of gaining lean mass, but then again I want to get real BIG, so I'm also considering a bulking cylce?

Another question?

Is it necessary to do a beginner's cycle, or can I start with and advance or intermediate cycle?

Any adive on my current dilemma will be appreciated?

Regards,
