Hi guys!

I want some input on a cycle I want to try. I want to use 1ml cypionate for 10 weeks. From week 7 to week 12 I will use 30gr a day of Stanazol. I've also got some proviron and was thinking of running on 50mg/day for the duration of the cycle. I would like some input on a PCT for a cycle like this. Do I have to use Nolvadex in the PCT as I heard it was a dangerous drug to use. Is there an alternative to this and how would I use it with the Clomid?
I also read that I can use proviron during PCT. Is this true and to what dosage should I stick to during PCT?

Input would be much appreciated!
Thanks

My advice to you would be to read all the articles, then read all the stickies. You are going to have a much better perspective than what you have now. The answer to your PCT question is in the articles section. Remember the most important of all is to get your diet and training spot on. 'I eat clean' just does not cut it.. Sorry if this is not what you wanted to hear bro but it's the best advice you will get.

Hi bro

Pyro is correct, stick around and read through older posts and articles on here. However to answer ur question....

10 weeks of cyp is fine. 250mg/week is rather low but IMO is great for a first time user. Rather keep ur winstrol and start using it a week after ur last cyp pin for 4-5 weeks until u start pct. Don't use proviron during pct. U don't even need proviron. In this cycle at all IMO. Keep it simple.

Standard PCT of Clomid, HCG and tamofixen will be perfect.

My opinion would be to use at least 375mg (1.5ml), I don't think you will be very happy with the results from 1ml. 2mls is optimal for a first cycle!

I am 1.78m tall and I'm currently weighing in at 90kg with more of that being fat than I would like. My goal is to build some muscle to up my RMR and to lose the fat. I want to get under 10% bodyfat before December.

What would be the ideal way to achieve this?

Look bro, you NEED to get your diet sorted!! and you need to understand how to create the perfect diet acording to your goals and stats. listen to what the others said and read through the dieting stickies and understand how to create a diet, then make the diet, post the diet in a new thread and we can all help with finalizing it. You have to understand how important diet is. THEN we'll help you with your cycle or you can not listen to us do 1ml of test cyp a week with a crap diet and get kak results. Im not trying to be rude, just trying to get my point across haha! ;)

Good luck boet.

ADD: and if you think your looking quite chunky, go get your body fat evaluated. You really want to be under 13% bodyfat before you start your cycle.

At the moment your main goal should be fat loss. So a keto diet with some fatburners will do you good. Leave the steroids for later when you are happy with your bodyfat. There are complications that come with having too much fat on your body while doing a cycle. And you won't look better you will just look fatter.

I understand what you are saying and I have decided to skip the juice idea and build my house from the foundation up instead of looking for a quick fix. Should I start with about 2500 cals a day and see whether I gain or lose some fat? How should I break down the total cals like 40% carbs,40% protein and 20% fat?

Its probably the most difficult part to create a perfect diet, I'd much rather go squat 180kgs.
Thanks for all the advice so far guys I really appreciate it!

if you looking to build muscle and lose some bodyfat id go with intermittent fasting, a few hundred calories over maintenance. there are also threads regarding intermittent fasting so do a search for that too. good luck with your decision

Read the dieting stickies then work out your daily caloric needs, then we subtract 20% from that as a starting point. We can tweak your diet as time goes on to suit what's best for your body. Personally I would go on a keto diet if I were you. Hit the search function then you will see some nice examples of a keto diet. If there is anything you need don't be afraid to ask bud. :)
