I am going to use a 5 day a week training schedule.
Day 1 - Chest and calves
Day 2 - Back and Abs
Day 3 - Legs and calves
Day 4 - Shoulders and Abs
Day 5 - Biceps and Triceps
For cardio I started riding bicycle again and will do at least 5km a day 6 days a week. Will this be efficient for some lean mass gain and loss of unwanted bodyfat?

No harm done. That routine looks good. Just remember with your cardio not to go over 75% of your max heart rate to stay in the fat burning zone. Have you any ideas on your diet yet bud?

This is the diet I have come up with. Bare in mind I'm on a tight budget and can only use basic resources. I'm not using the Keto diet for now just to get used to a calorie restricted diet and to workoout where my calorie needs are for growing and for losing some fat.
Meal 1: Eggs,Oats,Whey and creatine,Omega 3,6 and 9 supplement and muti vitamin
Meal 2:Chicken breast fillet,Brown rice,apple
Meal 3:Hake fillet,Brown rice
Meal 4:Chicken breast fillet and mixed veggies
Meal 5:Whey shake and Bannana
Pre workout: whey and bannana
Post workout: same as above but with creatine
Calorie total 2500
I am still working on the quantities but this is basic plan. Where can I make changes?

Meal 1: Eggs,Oats,Whey and creatine,Omega 3,6 and 9 supplement and muti vitamin (Make sure your omega 3 has EPA/DHA of above 100. Don't really need to take omega 9 as you get that in almost every fat)
Meal 2:Chicken breast fillet,Brown rice, apple (drop the fruit)
Meal 3:Hake fillet,Brown rice (Good)
Meal 4:Chicken breast fillet and mixed veggies (Add fats like PB or Cashew/Macadamia nuts)
Meal 5:Whey shake and Bannana (Take this meal right before bed. 50g Whey and 30g PB)
Pre workout: whey and bannana (Drop the whey. Add a High GI carb like honey or fruit juice or Vitargo or Dextrose. Add Creatine)
Post workout: same as above but with creatine (No banana, only High GI carbs here like Vitargo, Dextrose, Fruit Juice or Milo powder. 30g Whey isolate)
NB! Add Post workout meal: 150g White meat and White carbs like rice or white potato or pasta.
Calorie total 2500

All food must be weighed. Work out your daily caloric requirements (TDEE) and work from there.

What would be the ideal way to achieve this?
At the moment your main goal should be fat loss. So a keto diet with some fatburners will do you good. Leave the steroids for later when you are happy with your bodyfat. There are complications that come with having too much fat on your body while doing a cycle. And you won't look better you will just look fatter.
Hey Pyro,
Just curious, you often advise on Keto diet. I feel that sending your body into a state of Ketosis AND maintaining it takes serious discipline. I think that many guys don't even know the basics of nutrition, training etc. Ketogenic diets rely on SUPER low carb for most of the week and if you exceed that intake your body will start using the carbs for energy again, as opposed to fat/protein.
Anyway, I will probably go onto a Keto diet soon. But make no mistake, I had to master the 4000 calorie, balanced macro-nutrient, meal timing and supps before I even consider Keto.
Shut up and Squat!!

I am back after more than a year we last had this discussion. Hope everyone is donig well!
Okay so I started going to the gym for 5 or 6 days a week in January 2013 and haven't stopped again except fo a nasty 2 week flu and bronchitis wich dropped my weight with 6kgs and my strength by even more! After I recovered I got straight back into the weights and I am back on 90kgs now.
The results so far. At the end of December 2012 I weighed in @ 91kgs of which 19% was fat. My second evaluation was in July this year and weighed in @ 90kgs but with 15% fat this time. I was quite chuffed coz this meant that I had lost 3,79kgs fat and gained 2.79kgs muscle. Bare in mind that I didn't do cardio and my diet could have been better.
I can't wait for my next evaluation because I am doing some HIIT cardio now and my diet is getting close to spotless!
Thanks again guys for making me see that threr are no shortcuts! Just hard work and determination!
