Hi All,

I have not taken anything in a while due to running the comrades this rear.

I have lost quite a bit of body fat, and now im looking at putting on some lean muscle mass.

I asked around and spoke to someone who suggested anavar and anapolin as a stack?

Any suggestions regarding this?

if you have the money id go for primobolan and proviron. are you dead set against injecting?

Anavar + Anapolon is not good at all I'm afraid.

Have you used AAS before and what did you use? We will be able to give you better advice if we have a better understanding of your experience with steroids.

a friend of mine did a similar oral cycle to the one you proposed and all he ended up getting was gynecomastia

yeah and insted of the var he did dbol. to this day he gets pains from drinking alcohol

@admin, i have taken winstrol before but that was a couple of years ago.

@MRfeathers, i am not dead set against injecting.

What i want to do is get into gym properly, get a proper diet and put on some lean muscle mass.

I am naturally skinny, although have an athletic build, i weigh 65kg's and 167cm

Just rather want to do some proper research before just taking anything.

All your advise is appreciated.

my advise to you would be get a decent bulking diet, save the money and buy food! once your weight gain starts hitting a plateau then start considering using some gear. how old are you by the way? you're still quite small bro. no need for any of that at the moment

@MRfeathers, thanks that's another thing i need to work on. I need to see someone that can give me a diet that i can stick to and that will help me.

I'm 27 years old now, and although i may have some time... you know how it is! :cheer:

At 65kgs you can pack a decent amount of muscle without steriods. If you do get a DJ diet, you'l be gaining like your on steriods! Good luck.
