Priming before a cycle

Definately a interesting article, I would say the only way to really know is to give this a try. Everyone is different might work for some and maybe not for others.

Yes it works. I did it unintentionally and i'm middle 5th week of my 1st cycle (60mg tbol, 500mg test cyp, 40mg proviron) and i went from 86kg at the end of my 'priming diet' to 97kg in 4 and half weeks with minor increases in BF and water.
