I've been on cycle before, 10 weeks, 1 ml/week sust 250 and pct of kessar.
I'm 20 years old, 180cm, 76kg +- 13% body fat. I gained 10kg off of the sust, but lost 4 after pct and a shoulder injury.
I'm looking into turinabol as i dont want outrageous gains but would like to put on some solid muscle and retain it.. What ive read about tbol tells me its similar (not as powerful) to dbol and has almost none of the sides.. I'm looking to gain adleast 4kg's in a 5 week tbol cycle, what are your guys thoughts?
Much appreciated

In fact you can gain MORE than 5kg in 5 weeks at your size and age. Just do some calculations to get your calorie intake and macro breakdown right. Then stick to it. Train HARD, Rest.
Fuck I wish I was 20 again...... :S

I think everybody on here would be an ectomorph on that diet. Except maybe Jakes.. Have a read on the dieting stickies bud they are your best bet going forward.
