I agree with you it could have been test flu. However because you had all the symptoms of an infection (redness, soreness, swelling and a knot) the balance of probability tells us that your fever was more likely caused by the infection. What I am trying to tell you here is that next time you might not be that lucky. Don't EVER use AAS that have a dodgy feel about them. Not even if there was a fire!

If you can see a bit if your top abs a bit you'll be fine, I find I lean out a bit even on a bulk with test.
