As for the diet, can i just increase the protein portions to get me to 300g? I will make some changes to the rest of the diet tonight once i know what TDEE to use.
I have heard form a friend way back that he buys egg white in bulk, this would be a easy/cheaper way of upping protein? Where does one source this?
Yeah mate, seems like 1.555 is the way to go or you could even get away with 1.6 but 1.725 seemed a bit too high imo. In terms of eating more protein, just upped portions. Two cans of tuna, 170g cooked weight chicken breast, and a 1.5 scoops of biogen whey protein = 50g of protein.
I would love to know where I could buy egg whites in bulk, I know they are sold in the US as egg beaters but I havent heard of them being sold in RSA.

I've heard that Dischem and some Spars stock as well, but not sure if the same brand and I've never seen it on the shelves.

Tuna seems to have gone up a lot lately, I'm paying between R10-R12 a tin. Seems like just the other day it was in the R7 range.

I can confirm this as well. Strength gains in the first week, with visual changes from week 3 onwards. Currently taking 50mg per day. It seems to be having the same visual effects as winny. No sides so far besides the aching calves, but training through it.
Increasing cardio and reducing calories further seemed to have had a good effect, with no muscle loss.

So i reworked TDEE using 1.555 and added 10% which gets me to 2580.35 cals. This looks a bit better and easier to achieve! Will try work on diet tonight and new training routine. I have done Back so far but need to finish the other muscle groups.
For more info on eggs, see new topic i started in diet section.

Too many eggs.. change 10 o clock to some chicken or mince with a proper carb source like sweet potato.
12:30 you can change to a shake and some nuts like almonds, keep your 14:45 meal. But I would make a separate pre-workout meal with some oats and raisins or a banana.
Post workout, I have no idea why the wheatbix is cruising in there. You will need carbs post workout but not wheatbix. Have some dextrose with your whey.
19:30 needs to be brought closer to your post work out, add some white rice or potato in there for your post workout carb intake. Yes its night time, yes you still eat carbs post work out. Some may differ.
9:30-10:30: either swap out the egg whites for whey with peanut butter, or just have your eggs whole and maybe with some pbutter before bed if you want to have some with only whites.
To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.
