I need all the help i can get, Please.

I am new to this and the forum. I have read a lot of your posts and comments. So i dare to ask for your help please.

I recently started training again after a 10 year no train and have a lot of work to do. I am not new to weight training but most def not a pro.

Last time it was my life, my life changed and i had to let it go, but now i am back and i need this!

i am 33 5f6 and 122kg.

At the moment i am working hard to get the weight down with cardio and weight training with a program from the gym. It seems to be working rather well as the cm'rs are getting down. with that a good diet and high protien, currently 300g per day.

I spoke to admin on the site regarding a first cycle that i want to start next year. to start off i am shit scared of what i have read so far on some of the side effects. So to my limited knowledge i together with admin suggested anavar and testocyp for my first cycle.....? i would really appreciate your help, i dare not to ask a mate as it has proven catastrophic results and by far incorrect pct. with this suggested cycle a pct cycle was also suggested. Really hope you can help. Thanking you in advance.

I just wanted his opinion, please dont get me wrong that i am second guessing you. I would just like an opinion and i am still reading up on it. Like you guys suggested...do propper planning and research. So the more input i have the better in the end i think. And there is a lot i still dont know. But in the same this site has a hell of a lot of info, so day by day is spent reading and browsing the net. This at the moment is my only source of info, i am not privileged to have "big" experienced mates, only stupid ones regarding this with no knowledge op cycles or pct. Not that i am the best in knowledge but by far at this stage i know more than them at this point.

I will still go with Dianabol + Testocyp like the sample cycle on the website. The price is better, you will gain allot more and side-effects can be managed with Arimidex/Letrozole should they become an issue. But the choice is yours to make.

Dianabol just seems so crude when i read up on the side effects. and i have seen them first hand with one of my so called "mates" but then again he used them as smarties and had severe and i mean severe pimple investation, he still has the scars a year later.

That said he abused it completely!

BTW, my first cycle was Anavar + Testosterone and even-though results were great - I will do Dianabol + Testosterone now if I could do it over again, because you have to take advantage of the great gains you get on a first cycle.

Gain is what i want, with the minimal side effects. Like with all new things, trying it for the first time is a scary thing and i am not one that just jumps for it. I am the guy that goes to a store for weeks on end...looking at the blue ray player.....asking 100 questions and then a month later.....when i am ready...going to buy it when i am satisfied it will do what i want it to do.

So perhaps i am to careful..

What was your gains on the cycle if i may ask?

It's ok to be careful and Anavar + Test is still a great cycle to start out with if you want to avoid Dianabol.

I can't remember my gains exactly, but I guess it was around 5kg muscle, but the visual improvement was far better than the gain in weight, so I was pretty happy.

I am guessing the gain was also accompanied with a good diet?

Back then my diet consisted of steak burgers, so if I used the diet I'm doing now results would have been better.
