Im 51, 6'2" 200lbs, 10%bf, first cycle, planning Test Cy at 200mg twice a week, what do you recommond for estrogen control while on cycle.

You will be better off with an AI such as letro if signs of gyno appear than with a SERM.

I'd up the dose to 500mg a week if you can.

AI. On your first cycle it's good to guage how prone you are to high estrogen conversion and estrogen related side effects so don't start the AI until you see signs of puffy or itchy nipples. Many guys don't need estrogen control at that dose. Just be sure that arimidex or aromasin is available if you need it. At 400mg a week letro is overkill.

Thanks, I do have Aromasin on hand. Ive been on TRT for two years, Depot Test at 100mg every week, my doc does labs every 6 months, Should I have labs done during my cycle, if so at what week?
