Ill tell you why, i do off road racing and its 2-4 hours of hard physical work, full body. Now aside from the tren fucking me up completely and even allowing me to walk up stairs properly, i am looking for something that will help me in those last 30-60 min of a race to still finish strong. Is GW long lasting as i need some help at the end and not during

Enduro on a scrambler. Not so much long distance. Between 60 - 100 km a race, but its 100 km that you use your whole body the whole time. Think of it as motocross....but through the bush, revenes and mountains
