hi guys,

attached are some pics of Mr Botswana 2012

He has dominated bots 2 years in a row now but when he competes in SA or in zim he is found wanting!!

this kid has so much heart and wants to go all the way to the top, but here in bots he has no one to coach or mentor him.. he really needs advice on so many levels!!

I try and talk to him but i have no experience in bodybuilding and limited knowledge in cycles!

he is looking to get bigger in his off season and mentioned to me about hgh and insulin i know nothing about these accept insulin can be very difficult and even dangerous.

please can you help me help him

look at the pics and see what he needs to work on (calves he already knows)
a good cycle he can do off season
and pretty much any other advice you can give!!

Sounds a bit backwards to me, he should be giving advise. He will need some of the pro's on here to help out. Us noobs can just stare in wonderment. Very nice.

His calves have some serious catching up to do. But otherwise nice...

What do you mean. DJ coaches and could advise him on cycles and GH. Face it the guy is Mr Botswana, but have you been up there..? There is very Little body building and until he sorts his wheels out he'll never place highly outside of Bots.
Look what he did with Koe's legs. They are worlds better than Mr Bots. This guy needs site injection, advise and help from someone who can help him break out of just Bots.
That's what he's asking for.,
He wants to be competitive outside of Bots

Botswanas whole gyming population will be less that of VA Boksburg and every serious competitor needs someone in their corner.

Ian lighten up boet ..it was a joke...I know DJs credentials IMO this guy allready well on his way to winning contests and has the look most can only dream off..and only a boffin like DJ could attempt to help him.
