Beginner's performance enhancement cycle was created by RyanNoceros
Howzit guys, first I just want to say thank you to all the amazing, wise people who make this website work. Your efforts have already proven unbelievably helpful both to myself, and also friends whom I have referred here.

I have almost no practical experience with steroids, save taking some anapolon 50 pills for shits and giggles back in high-school. (We all do things we regret right?) Fortunately I came away from that unharmed.

Now I find myself preparing for selections for the Royal Marines and looking for an edge. My GOAL is to gain as much brute strength as possible (And any muscle that happens to come with it) And also hopefully improve my swimming times a bit.

STATS:

Weight: 64kg
Height: 176cm
Body fat: 9%
Age: 19
Gender: Male

PLANNED CYCLE:

2x PGW Testocyp (250mg x 10ml)
1x Arimidex or Letrozole (can get both, not sure which is ideal, if any)

PCT:
1x LP HCG 5000iu
1x LP Clomid (50mg x 15)
1x LP Nolvadex (20mg x 30)

As you can see my plan is to copy the "Beginner's bulking cycle" advocated by this site, except without the dianabol because I feel that I don't need the extra damage since I'm not really in a hurry. I figured I should keep the PCT exactly as specified, but please let me know if it might be overkill.

DIET:

Protein 3x per day
Carbs 4x per day
Fruit 2 per day
Vegetables 3-4 servings per day
Fats on meat and also nuts 1-2 times per day
Milk 1-2L per day

AVOID: White bread and other highly refined grains, sugar, alcohol, rich sauce, bacon and other over-fatty meat.

TRAINING:

Strength training 3x per week (Deadlift, squat, bench press, overhead press, clean and snatch based program)
Callisthenics 2x per week (Pullups, dips, monkey bars etc)
Swimming 2x per week
Kettlebells 3x per week

This is my current training regimen. So far I'm coping with it fine, but I am considering dropping some of it to improve recovery and strength gains?

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you so much in advance

hi Ryan ...done your homework I see ..good one.. nothing wrong with a test only cycle I would add Dbol as a frontload ...BUT the problem is... u are still to young to do steriods as your body is still growing and developing and u can still gain plenty by diet alone over the next few years ..roughly u need protein in every meal.

Buddy 19 is too young for steroids unless you are a competitive athlete prepared for the risks. Your endocrine system is still developing and you could stunt any further bone growth.

You are also very skinny at only 64KG and you need to first learn how to eat to gain size. Seriously, that will be a waste of a first cycle. Steroids are not magic. Eating right plays a massive role and with the right eating plan and training routine you could gain 10KG in a year at your age without steroids. I did.

Howzit bro, yeah I understand your concerns, but unfortunately since I have to compete with other steroid users in entering the marines I am essentially forced to use them myself - not unlike a competitive athlete.

I am not looking to gain size, what I need is improved performance (strength, speed, power etc) in my current training. Surely supplementing with testosterone will provide this?
