After seeing DJ and Koe's great transformation photos I felt motivated again.
So I feel that I should show my progress as well and I think it will be a great thing if everyone posted their progress here.
I think it will make for a great motivational tool.

Jip it only really bums me me out when, me and the misses are doing the beast with the two backs and I see it shaking around.
but the more I lose the less the it shakes, so at the moment I want to believe that if I get down to single digit bf that it will go away
