Hi need advice on if I should bulk or cut

I'm wanna know if I should bulk first or cut. I'm 76 kg and I wanted to know if it would be better for me to bulk like 10kg then cut because I don't hav a contest my body fat is low but its not like I'm ripped i have abs. But I was told to bulk then cut a higher weight

Cut till u can see your abs then lean bulk if abs dissapear then cut again and so on other wise u will start looking like the oros man.

How can one assist on info like this ?

Weight 76kg
Years of xp gym?
Cycle?
Substance?
Diet?

umm umm umm cut or bulk ? give sufficient info then one can assist

I use to do it the other way around. Even though I was getting bigger the additional fat was sometimes depressing.

I agree with Mike. The visibilty of the abs could serve as a good indicator on how to manipulate your calories

Hey Big guy... we need stats you cant expect good advice on that? if you short and stocky that weight could be good but for all we know you could 6.6 with that weight, so if you give proper stats im sure you can get the help ypu after
