Starting first course in 7 years

Hi guys

I'm wanting to start my first course in about 7 years.
I'm looking at using the following:
Week 1-12: Test E @ 600mg per week
Week 1 -4: Superdrol @ 20mg per day (Front Load)
Week 6 - 12: Anavar @ 60mg per day

I'm going to be taking Nolvadex as a PCT 2 weeks after course completion. Should I be taking anything during the course and if so, what would you guys recommend?

7 years is a long time

I would add clomid and hcg with the nolvadex. Pct2 protocol on this site. Waiting period after last pin is 30 days.

Run PCT 2 for that cycle (Nolva alone is not good enough):

Cycle looks fine. Are you sure you know what you are getting into with the S-Drol bro? Just asking not sure about your level of expertise.

Run the Anavar for 8 weeks, up till the last day before PCT. Remember liver support is crucial.

Why not add Proviron if your are using a DHT like Anavar? They work so well together!

OK no problem. Can do the Clomid, HCG and Nolvadex as PCT but then the other question remains. Should I think about using anything during the cycle or not really needed? I will obviously using milk thistle for liver support.

Well I would use the HCG during cycle instead of PCT. This will keep your nadz from experiencing atrophy in the first place. It's easier to fix a running car than a dead one. Don't use milk thistle during cycle as it will affect your gains. Anything else is fine. Essentiale, Cruciale, Liv52, etc.

I would run the Superdrol for the 4 weeks and then take a 3 or 4 week break from the oral steroids before jumping onto the anavar. Then run the anavar 3 or 4 weeks longer than the test E until I start PCT. Superdrol is very harsh on the system and I would not go straight onto another 17AA oral without resting my liver for a bit and nailing it will some good liver support supplements. A strained liver doesn't produce IGF1 as efficiently as a happy, rested liver.
