Taking a break on cycle? was created by Safehouse
I might have seen a thread discussing this but can't find it or remember the replies.
I have to travel for week 9 of my cycle and getting to a gym is going to be near impossible. Have any of you guys been in a similar situation. Do any of you take a break on purpose?
I might end up extending the cycle past 12 weeks to 14.

I had to cut a 8 week cycle to 5 due to a business trip. Only used Prop/Pro/Var. Did PCT2 15 days after i was back from the trip. No issues/sides, but felt i stopped in the primetime.. had no other options :pinch:

A week break might just be a good idea.

I took a week break before on cycle and it helped me out. Just keep diet in check and perhaps throw in pushups and other own body weight exercises.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Its legs day, legs day, gotta get down on legs day.
