On week 9 of beginners cycle, weight loss was created by FIllet
Just a quick one good fellows. Started on 105kg, on week 7 up to 114kg, end of week 9 and down to 111kg. Why? Calories intake is the same and i am sure i am at a surplus still. Training intense as usual. Body looks the same as week 7 despite the 3 kg loss. Whats going on? First cycle so i am not sure if this should happen, perhaps i am shedding some more BF?

Probably just the water that you were carrying from the kick start.
I saw your back routine the other day. Why are you not doing dead lifts?

Hey Ian, does this mean i will lose more water when cycle is over?
Ah deadlifts, i have a long upperbody and shorter lower body so i am at risk of injury on that exercise. I purposely give it a miss. Although i do change my exercises almost evertime do back bud. Back is normally done with triceps as part of my routine.

Look you will def lose some weight after your cycle for one your blood count will drop and unfortunatly you will lose some muscle. How much is up to you and how clean you keep your diet ,keeping you cals up and by trying to keeping as much intensity in your workouts as possible.

Suppose I will have to take it as it comes, also suppose that weighing yourself is not the best way to see what gains you kept. Before and after measurements are probably better due to water loss and possible BF loss while on cycle. Thanks

3kg in 2 weeks, you sure did hold a lot of water. Stay positive, you shouldn't drop to many kg's. Diet clean and train hard.
