Howdy gents
Well I'm looking at my next cycle, I'm currently working with The man(DJ) so ill ultimately discuss this with him because he will no what would work best for me.
I'm probable going to start in a month or so's time, at firstI was looking at 12 weeks npp/test but the more I read about Equi the more appealing it sounds so I've been thinking about Pumps equi power house cycle..?
Wich do you guys think would yield better Quality gains? Ill keep working with Dj so my diet and training will be in check.
Thanks for your oppinions Gents

NPP any day. On paper EQ sounds amazing but it takes forever to work and the gains aren't spectacular. NPP works fast, is better for strength, and gains are pretty lean.

Personally I prefer EQ. Solid gains in strength and size. Yes, as MA mentions you do have to run it for a long time.
Everyone's makeup though is different. What doesn't work for one may work amazingly for another.
The only way you'll ever know which one works best for you is after you've tried them both.
