Test sust and tren e first cycle

Hi guys, I've bee lurking the forum since mid 2011.
I have finally planned my 1st cycle and intend to start it in July, I just want to get the final seal of approval from you guys, as I highly trust your opinions .

Here it is :
weak 1 - 10 : test sust 250ml, pin once a weak.
weak 3-10 : tren e 150 ml , pin once a weak.
weak 1-10 : Arimidex 1mg ED

PCT (start after 54 days of last pin) :
Day 1-7: 2x 50mg Clomid
Day 8-37: 20mg Nolvadex

What is the reasoning behind tren from week 3 only?

In my honest opinion, it's not ideal, your first cycle is a golden one, and you don't even know how u'll react of test yet? But want to add tren in,

You are free to do as you please, but the structure is poor, and pct needs the addition of hcg as a minimum I u adding tren but still needs to be stronger ...

Drop the tren, Up the test to 500mg pw and run that for 10 weeks, keep your Adex on hand if you experience sides, and use the pct you jotted down, will be a solid little cycle,

No need to complicate it at this stage...

Don't use tren on your first cycle. I wouldn't recommend any 19 nor on a first cycle. Also your pct is not on for what you planning.

And add some info - Age, Weight, Height, Bodyfat ?

Okay, so I drop the tren and bump the test up to 500ml pw and just keep that pct?
Also, my stats :
Age : 19
Weight : 81 Kgs
Height : 1.8m
BF : ~13%

Pyro I know you are trying to give the dude some tough love and that you have good intentions. But in my opinion, slaying newbs like that isn't completely necessary. I see there aren't many new members posting on the forum lately, and I have a suspicion it's because they are scared of the response they will get. They're almost embarrassed to ask questions for fear of being called an idiot. I think PP handled it perfectly in his initial post.

It's just I want to see the forum moving forward, and not backwards

all you need:
Week 1-4 dbols @ 40mg a day
Week 1-12 test cyp @ 500mg per week

That is all you need with a proper DIET and PCT

19 is kinda young for roids bro. You still have a couple of years of natural growth in you. Maybe reconsider when your a bit older.

I wish every day I knew at 19, what I know now.
and Im not talking about AAS. Just general stuff, like training and diet.

Personally if i could do it over I would use test prop and tbol.

test p 600mg for 8 weeeks
Tbol @ 60mg weeks 1-5

I would sub the tbol, rather do VAR at 80mg the entire cycle till pct starts... haha

Add in proviron from start of cycle up to pct, its cheap and a good addition for a first cycle.

You are 19 years old bud. You are way too young to use steroids! The reason why I say this is because you still have so much natural potential left. If you get your diet and training spot on (which you need in any case to make the most out of steroids) then you are gonna grow like bacteria!

I wish teenagers would listen to this and realise that they should not be touching steroids but hey... I wish I was 19 again just so that I could know everything again.

i have to agree.

have some frends just following this site to get some good knowlege about gear.
some remarks that came throug is that some of the new mods are very arogant.
also was said is seems lately like a cat fight bat than anything else
