Business Trip....MID CYCLE

I'm busy rocking my second cycle, but first time using deca. It's been awesome so far, and I'll post a dedicated topic with a report back.

I have an upcoming business trip soon to the UK, and will be gone from day 62 on my cycle, and landing back in SA on day 69. Obviously I can't take my gear with me, which is posing potentially very serious problem for me.

The obvious question is, what effect is this going to have on me and my cycle, and how should I manage it?

Move the day 64 pin to day 62. Pin day 69 when you are back and work back 1 day at a time until you are back in schedule.

In other words, gap between pins are currently 6 days. Make that 7 until you fall back in schedule.

As for the HCG, you can fall back in schedule as planned when you return pinning day 69.

You are using long ester steroids, so you shouldnt even notice it if you stay within 10 days pinning. So all good.
