Have a guy who has used aas, over last few years but with bad pct. He asked me to help and I know you guys are awesome, so here is his stat.
175cm
82kgs
And around 12% bf
Age 27
BMR 2764 (active traing including)
He wants to bulk, he would like to use sus and deca, must he run Hcg during course at 250iu mon and Thursday through out his 10 week course. What calorie intake would you suggest for nice gains, he wants to put on size.

Hcg I run in PCT some do during cycle some both

If he has used AAS over a couple of years I don't see why he has to do a beginners cycle, be it with or without bad pct advice.

He can run the Sus and Deca but have an AI on hand and something for progesterone. Sus and deca combo can cause a nice amount of water retension. Good for bulking up though. And yes PCT 3 for Deca.

500mg Sust/week
300-350mg Deca/week

Or

750mg sust/week
500-550mg Deca/week

He could add dbol @ 40mg ED as a frontload if he wants.

But all depends on what exactly he has run previously of course. HCG u can do intra or just in PCT. Some prefer intra others don't.

Test E 600mg aweek can do 15 weeks
Deca 525 mg a week 13 weeks

the diffs between pct 2 and 3 MCJ
clomid nolva Hcg in both ....the rest in pct 3 are for gyno and prolactin sides ?

Also added support to get ur nads and natural testosterone functioning again due to deca and tren being so harsh on shutdown.

PCT 3 does not look at preventing or managing prolactin sides direct. You should always have cabaser on hand when using a 19nor steroid.

What dosages could he run of the test cyp and dianabol and how often. He says he has been spooked by deca after reading up!!!! More on the prolactin.

dbol at 40mg for 25 days ..liver sups
Cyp at 500mg 2ml per week for 10 weeks PGW
use letro if he gets itchy nips 3 drops per day and then 3 EOD
PCT 2
winny for a bridge ?

Cyp split 2ml or 2ml on Mondays eg?

1ml Monday , 1ml Thursday

Or 2ml Saturday my personal favorate...
