2nd Cycle! Test cyp or sustaplex+winny or tren e

Hi guys!! I've been looking at my 2nd cycle...First was Test cyp and superdrol-made amazing gains!!

I'm stuck between using test cyp or sustaplex


Thinking of :

week 1-10 Test cyp @ 500mg ew
week 1-7 Tren e at 225mg ew

Was wondering if I should leave the tren and rather use winny from week 7-12 @ 30mg ed??

Will using sust be the same as cypionate??

You recently just completed a cycle, give us your stats post cycle.

Dont use tren yet.

Sust = 250mg/ml Test but with 4 different esters. (dont let that confuse you, test is test)

Test Cyp = 250mg/ml Test one ester . Same thing, sust may just kick in a bit earlier due to the shorter esters like prop in the mix.

So end result is test is test.

2nd cycle option
Test Cyp 12 weeks
Deca 12 weeks
Frontload tbol 5 weeks.
Bridge winny or Anavar

Run proviron throughout.

You shouldn't be using tren on your second cycle buddy, it's an advanced compound for the more experienced users. Rather go with npp/deca or eq. Use the winny during your bridge to pct.

1-10 test 500mg
10-15 winny 40mg

And you can add another compound if you wish but it's only your second cycle and you said you made great gains on your first cycle so there's really no reason to complicate your cycle by adding another compound when you can get away with just test and a oral like winstrol or anavar. You could also kickstart your cycle with Superdrol since you enjoyed in your previous cycle so much.

What are your stats and goals? And how much did you gain on your previous cycle?

Ive gained almost 10kgs of my previous cycle...im taking my days of b4 I start injecting again!

Height : 1.90m
Weight : 104 kg

I thought the tren might be a bit harsh!

What about :

Week 1-10 Sustaplex @ 325mg ew
Week 7-12 Winny @ 30-40mg ed

Pct :
Nolva 20/20/20/20
Clomid 100 for first week ??

Agree with manery...stick to a simple cycle ..and add HCG to clomid nolva ...if u do add Deca then run the cyp or testE for 15 weeks

Run the winny from week 10-15 like I previously suggested and start PCT day after last winny tab. It takes about 5 weeks for the sustaplex to leave your system before you can start PCT thats why most people run their orals in the final weeks to stay anabolic, improve physique, harden up, and not have to sit around with there finger up there arse waiting to start pct.

You need to up your test dose to ATLEAST 500mg a week. I would opt for 2mls of Test E, It has a shorter half life then the longest ester in sustaplex so you can start PCT earlier and Test E only needs to be injected twice a week compared to sustaplex which should be injected atleast 3 times a week.


wk 1-10 Test E 600mg
wk 1-3 Superdrol 20mg
wk 10-14 Winstrol 50mg

PCT starts day after last Winny tab.

40mg dbol is fine. Why the switch?

Ah sorry I did indeed misread that. Was just asking out of curiosity though. Think you will be better off with either tbol or dbol:thumbup:
