Hi guys i recently got of a supertest 320 pgw cycle.. I had some good gains but have gained alot of water and fat.. My body looks round.. Could anyone please help by telln me wat i could take to get ripped and wat doses?

How long have you been off cycle now?? (when was your last injection)

There is no miracle pill, You should have dieted before your cycle. If you cut cals to much now you'll loose all your gains.

I hit my last injection abt 4weeks ago.. I waited 2 weeks then started pct of fertomid(clomid) for 2weeks... Now im off evrything.. Iv been doing abit of cardio and the sauna room have seen some drop in levels of water in my body.. But my aim now is vascularity and a ripped body.. I try my best as far as it comes to diet to eat clean(chicken breast, tuna, protiens low carbs etc).. I wanted to know if i cud do a cycle for cuttin or getting ripped? What would it be?

Dude go read the articles sect especially the PCT....getting ripped is diet training and more diet.. when u get to around 15% use a f/burner.... go read the diet stickies ...
Do yourself a favour and dont cycle until u at least 12 % b/f

Unfortunately your PCT would have been pretty useless. You started the fertomid too soon while exogenous testosterone levels were still too high. So your PCT did nothing to recover your natural test production. Fertomid/Clomid will not work to stimulate your pituitary while steroids are still above a certain level in your system which they were.

thankz guys..so since it did nothing in my body in terms of recovering..shud i count 54 days since my last jab then start PCT again? what PCT do u recommend i use?

What other compounds did you use ? If it was just a oral for frontload and supertest. pct 2 will be ok. An yea 54days after last jab will be fine. Just double check with the guys.

Supertest is between 45 and 54 days ...so go with 50 days...clomid nolva and Hcg
