Using an AI

Hi guys,

Im planning my first cycle, will be using the Beginner bulking cycle but only to 8 weeks ( D-bol 40mg/day x 4 weeks and Testcyp 500mg/week x 8 weeks)

Need some advice with the AI in this case Arimidex, want to run 1mg/day from start of cycle to the start of PCT, this will be just over 3 months (8 weeks cycle + 36 days between cycle and PCT)
I read under Arimidex profile that it should be limited to 2 months of use.
Would like to use it through out the cycle to keep estrogen under control, and have read that gynecomastia can set in when the cycle is complete so would like to use it up to the start of PCT. Is it ok to run it for the 3 weeks? or have I missed something and planing something wrong?

Any help will be appreciated.

1mg/day is way more than necessary considering it's your first cycle and you haven't had gyno issues before I'm assuming. 0.5mg every other day should be more than enough. You can use that throughout your whole cycle.

Test Cyp for 8 weeks is a waste, I really saw the serious results kick in early week 7 so rather go for 12 weeks.

0.25mg to 0.5mg EOD, I think this would be fine in terms of an AI - I never had to use mine on cycle

10 weeks min and the lower the Body fat the less chance of gyno ....12 % b/f

Will increase the duration of the Testcyp to 10 weeks.

First time so no gyno issues before just figure prevention is better the cure, Id rather just take the AI if its not too detrimental.

So if I took 0.5mg/EOD or even 0.25mg/EOD (if this is enough?) will it be safe to run over 10 week cycle and the 36 day between cycle and PCT?

I was planning to use Arimidex during cycle, and HCG only with the PCT.

I would rather use HCG during the cycle bud, give your balls a kickstart and then just run your clomid and kessar as pct. Going to use winnies to keep you anabolic while you wait to pct?

An idea from my side is not to use any AI unless gyno symptoms appear. Why? On your first cycle, if you are clever, you want to see exactly how your body responds to the testosterone. There are many people who are not prone to gyno at all. What if you are one of them how could you know? AI's do affect gains hey.

Fully agree with this suggestion, you have a bit of time if you notice gyno symptoms.

use if u get itchy nips letro or arimidex dont use if unnecesary...
Hcg is personal pref...test only for 10 weeks I would use in PCT if u were doing deca as well then during cycle ...just monitor yourself

Old argument.. Prevention vs cure. I'm for prevention. But pyro does make a valid point. Don't forget letro takes a while to reach its full efficiency.

Ja that also depends on the individual some say it takes awhile I find Letro to be quick ....
