Cycle concerns - need advice please

Hi Guys

I have some concerns and need clarity from the professionals please.
Putting together a stack and struggling to get my head around the correct PCT for this spesific stack.

I am 31
1.76 m
92 kg's
B/F at 19 %
Good clean diet
Do weight training + cardio 5 times a week
This will be my 7-th stack. Please see below - I need as much advise as I can get on the PCT and any advice on the stack will definately help too. Looking to add some lean quality muscle. Thanks

STACK:

Sust: Week 1 to week 12 (250 mg x 2)
Deca: Week 1 to 12 (100 mg x 2)
Anavar: Week 1 to week 8 (50 mg ed)
Winstrol: Week 9 to 10 (50 mg ed)
Winstrol: Week 11 to 12 (80 mg ed)
Fincar: Week 1 to 20 (1.25 mg ed)

PCT:

Week
12 Ovidrel 20 mcg eod
13 Ovidrel 20 mcg eod

14 Clomid 100 mgs/day + Nolva 20 mgs/day
15 Clomid 50 mgs/day + Nolva 20 mgs/day
16 Clomid 50 mgs/day + Nolva 20 mgs/day
17 Nolva 20 mgs/day
18 Nolva 10 mgs/day

I still have clen and d-bol from a previous stack, but cant see adding it in here anywhere - perhaps the clen at the end ?

Perhaps I am reading this wrong:
Your BF of 19% is to high
No HCG on cycle? You going to run HCG for 2 weeks after cycle?
IMO HCG should be in your cycle starting week 3 or 4?
You starting PCT 2 weeks after Deca and Sust? Perhaps 4 to 5 weeks is better?
I would drop Deca 2 weeks before end of Test use.
No Aromasin in your pct?
Why don't you use Test prop while you wait to PCT? Bridge
Is Deca not more effective at 300 to 400mg min opposed to your 200?
I don't see cabaser anywhere?
I don't see Arimidex anywhere? Not that you will use it but at least have it on hand

Perhaps one of the seniors can have a look at this one...

Theres just to much wrong with that cycle Please go read the articles sect plus PCT section ...basically everything Fillet said plus all those orals ????...

have to agree with these gentlemen.and for a 7th stack you did not put alot of effort/research into this cycle..

Thank you for the advice. Really appreciate it. I have tried to put together what I have found on the forums, combined with what gear I already have, but I have seen so many contradictions, therefore I thought let me rather post and get the correct advice.

Altered STACK: (Thanks Fillet)

Sust 250: Week 1 to week 12 (250 mg x 2)
Deca: Week 1 to 10 (200 mg x 2)
Test Prop: Week 11 to 12 (200 mg ? ) [Will purchase]
Anavar: Week 1 to 8 (50 mg ed)
Winstrol: Week 9 to 12 (50 mg ed)
Arimidex: (on hand)
Cabaser, Dostinex: Will have to source.

PCT:

Week
12 Clomid 100 mgs/day (For 7 days)
13 Ovidrel 20 mcg eod (I have 250 ug in total)
14 Ovidrel 20 mcg eod + Nolvadex 20mgs/day + Aromasin 20mgs/day
15 Nolvadex 20mgs/day + Aromasin 20mgs/day (Will purchase Aromasin)
16 Nolvadex 20mgs/day + Aromasin 20mgs/day
17 Nolvadex 20mgs/day + Aromasin 20mgs/day

Warrior, The Sust is the Pakistani Sust, but the Var & Deca I will have to get back to you as I am currently at work and gear at home.

Any advice or alteration to above would be highly appreciated. Thanks for your time and input guys.

Test prop 150mg EOD and you want to use this while you wait to pct to cut down on your orals, you will still have to wait another 14 days after last prop shot to pct.

Cabaser is a must throughout cycle

Go read on PCT3 in the articles since you are using deca

You cant pct week 12, it will be ineffective

kat read the post-cycle-therapy page plan your bridge period and pct from that info,and please do not start a cycle BEFORE you have cabaser.dont make the same mistake as me to wait for symptoms and then try to get hold of something to combat sides.

follow fillet`s advice and read read read.

Well done on your effort of putting it together, but its pretty much incorrect. This is the only way to learn so keep trying to figure it out and keep at it.

Your test is fine
Your deca is fine
Test prop for 1 week a waist (because your PCT time is calculated incorrect)(also dosage should be 150mg eod)
Anavar and winstrol (12 week hepatoxic orals) continues is a no no.
Arimidex on hand is fine
Cabaser on hand is fine

PCT (calculate your half life x 3 of your Sust) BEFORE you start PCT.
Note: - Make sure what esters is involved and what is the longest acting ester in the sust. (x3)
Your Clomid is fine but not at that week so soon. (calculate)
The rest is not. Research again.

Hey Kat, this is my suggestion below to try and help you out and don't worry if its wrong someone on this site will kick my @ss then its bound to be right and tweaked. Probably Oupa or MA...

First, drop your BF before cycle

Since you only have these compounds then try:

Week 1 to 12, 500mg Sust per week, 3 pins per week -stable blood levels
Week 1 to 10, 400mg deca per week, 2 pins per week
Week 1 to 16, 0.25mg cabaser x2 per week, if you need more then 0.5mg twice per week
Week 4 to 16, HCG 250IU x 2 per week
Week 11 to 16, Anavar at 60mg daily, not so toxic on your liver
Week 17 Clomid 100mg ED
Week 18 to 22, Nolva 20mg daily
Week 18 to 22, Aromasin 20mg daily
Week 17 to 21, HCG 3 x 500iu per week

Arimidex, if required, 0.25 to 0.5mg EOD
Leave the winnies out for now and don't bother to purchase the prop.

Ya I put for 6 weeks starting week 11 to end week 16.

O ok I read it as 5 weeks ...hes good to go as soon as the body fat has come down ....

Seriously Kat dont do what I did with my first cycle which was over 20 % u just swell up like a big blob and then loose all the muscle trying to cut later ...

Week 11 - 16 reads as 5 weeks, just edit and change it 10 - 16.

HaHa... start begining week 11 and finish at the end OF week 16 = 6 weeks

Apologies for the late response, my PC crashed and only managed to have it repaired this week.
I have not started yet, so this is great as it has given me time to drop my B/F. Thanks a lot for this great advice Mike, will drop my B/F even more before I start. Fillet, thank you for helping me setup the stack with what I already have. This stack looks great and I will give you an update closer to the end of the stack. Keep well guys.
