Since training for 5 years years and entering a comp 2 years ago, I have decided to get serious. Infact, I've been serious all along, although my actions may have not shown that sometimes. I have have gone through a lot of force-feeding myself with not so clean foods. Although I must say, I don't think I've ever passed 14% bf. Anyways, lets talk 'business'...(I don't like long intro's, they make my body look small#noPunIntended)
In a weeks time I will start a bulking cycle, the site's beginner bulking cycle. Then when I'm satisfied with my mass, I will trying to take something that'll make leaner, before I start prepping for IFBB champs
Stats
Age:19(Please don't discriminate, haha)
Weight:82kgs
Bf:11%
Bodytype:ectomorph to the core!
Diet
Meal one-2cups oats and whey
Meal two-Mass shake
Meal three-2cups of cooked rice and 1 and a half chick breasts
Meal four: same as three
Preworkout: some simple carbs like vitargo, maltodextrin and dextrose
Pre-workout/meal five-Mass shake and two bananas
Meal six-2 cups of rice and a chick breast and a half
Meal seven(before bed):Whey and a huge teaspoon of peanut butter
The mass shake is Anabolic Mass by MuscleWorks. 100g contains 19g protein 75g carbs. 150g contains 47g protein 187 carbs. I will use the 100g on my diet. I tried using the 150g(5scoops) about 4 times a day and 4kgs only lasted like 5 days
Goals?
I want to be a great bodybuilder... Simple as that!
I will post pics if you guys would like. My current look and after pics.

The most important thing about a diet is the calories you consume. You need to work out how many calories you need per day called your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure). Note that this figure is only a guestimate and the difference between that and your own personal TDEE is based on your unique genetics. The TDEE is going to be a starting point for us and we will adjust your calories every set time period (or tweak them so to speak). First things first, work out your calories. Continue from there..

How this is gonna work is you are gonna figure out your own diet (i.e you will learn a lot but you will not be spoonfed like a baby). Post your diet, I will comment, then post the improved, then I will comment, you get the picture.

I'd say just add the nuts in with the last meal and peanut butter.

I would say take out the carbs in meal 3 and replace them with the nuts from the other meals, since he already has his fats before bed.

+1 to what fakey said, but hey its your choice.
To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

@At Chapel. I'm not tall at all. I'm quite short. Let me make this easy: I will post some pics tonight and try to measure my hearts. I've never been a stats guy(I'm too insecure and Bigorexic for that) although now I understand that starts are vital for bodybuilding. So I will give you my height and pictures, then you can judge my bf, gentlemen
@Fakey. I understand that when you read 19 all that comes to mind is the ignorant teen who knows nothing and cycles dbol only or something other ignorant notion like wanting to get big in a week. Bro, if you would like to know what I'm about, please read my thread on the Anabolic Steroid Discussion if you would like to have an idea of how passionate I am about this sport. I've watched guys transforming through cycles of masteron and tren, sustanon and deca first cycles. I've watched them succeeding on stage, wiping out opponents like nothing and fainting backstage. At this point, I want to compete and bring a conditioned body on stage, a beauty, a living sculptor, carved through proper diet, training and AAS(dosed in 'reasonable' doses) Thank you very much for the concern, Fakey. I'm sorry if I appear arrogant and ungrateful in my ways of justifying myself. To display my grafulness, here's some karma...
@Pyro. I hadn't finalised the calories yet. I think it's primarily because I don't have a food scale yet. So I had to google quantities e.g how much protein in 200g breast. I will do further calculations when I get home. I did calculate my proteins, though. I think they were about 2094 cals. I thought my diet consisted of a lot of food, which would be sufficient for my bulking, so i didn't bother counting cals, haha
