Anavar + Test E weight gain

Hi guys, first post, Pleased to meet you all.

Ive been running Var 40mg/day and Test-E 250mg/Week for 5 weeks now. [ Cycle ends @10 weeks ]

Background: I'm an Endurance Athlete, and the primary goals are to gain strength and lose BF.
Currently 8.5% down from 9.5%

Training consists of 7-10 hours/Weeks of Cardio ( Neuromuscular Intervals, Tempo, Basic long ) so basically all combinations of heartrate's for extended periods of time, usually more than 2 hours, sometimes up to 5 hours. [ I don't lift ever - and on and off go to Sweat1000 to replace some core training days ]

I started at 81kg on day 1 and today [Day 35] im 90.2kg - [age 34]

I eat approx 3300 calories per day with approx [ 150g protien / 80g carbs / 20g fat ] and 3-6 liters of water depending on the day.

The strength gains have been incredible, My segment times have dropped considerably despite my weight gain, however im somewhat amused at the rate-of-gain on this combination of cycle.
Is this to be expected? I would ideally NOT like to continue to grow, is it the 250mg is Test-E that's accelerating this?

What is the Human bodies normal Test excretion rate if one had to normalize it to a synthetic like test E, I guess I would like to know how much-more Testosterone is in my body than in normal conditions percentage wise at a 250mg /week dose.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

U doing well if u picked up 10kg on that cycle and only 5 weeks ...but I think u will stabelize now ...reached a peak or maybe another kg or two ...but u the first guy not wanting to increase in size ...normally on 500mg to 600mg u get 6 to 8 kg ....

To answer your question, for the average male, 250mg test E weekly should put you in the upper range of testosterone (i.e. about 1000ng/dL).

You probably had low T to start with, like most men these days. Damn endocrine disrupting chemicals!

Don't worry, you will lose a lot of that when you come off. Most of the weight is from additional glycogen storage in your muscles and water weight. Your gains are way off the average mass gain seen in studies where men were given 250-300mg/week.

150g protien / 80g carbs / 20g fat does not even come halfway to 3300 calories? How did you get that figure?

250mg Test E per week will put most men at an average of around 1100ng-1300/dL total serum testosterone when blood levels have stabilised. The average 34 year old healthy man produces somewhere in the 600's.

@muscleaddict - Apologies for giving such a very rough dieet breakdown, just added my meals to calorie counter app and your right, its around 2500 cal

I failed to mention my height too, im 193cm tall so the 9kg gain is spread quite evenly

I also experience pretty serious gains on cycle so dont stress... Its a blessing more than anything else. I would say that they Test E is whats causing the weight gain so possibly drop it and add in proviron to make it an oral only cycle. I personally dont like to adjust my cycle midway through but I had to do it this year and it wasnt so bad.
