Question on longevity

I wanted to ask a question on progression from one cycle to another.
Ideally systematically over years building and keeping as much muscle as possible with correct training and nutrition included of course. It has been on my mind since being halfway through my own first cycle (beginner bulk cycle), I start to hear different opinions and ideas on how to progress. The safest bet I heard was to run a tried and trusted cycle (cycle suggestions from this site for example based on experience level) and blood test about 6 - 8weeks after your PCT, being off the drugs in this time to heal up.
This is where my question comes in...
Over and over again its reiterated the importance of cycle therapy, time off to heal before going back on for a cycle. The idea to not shutdown your internal processes indefinitely by doing the smart thing and coming off. A lag between PCT and the next cycle is where 'gains' can fall a bit, which is to be expected because you are off the performance drugs, but where I am concerned is to maximise gains continiously.
What my collegues at work (Trainers at a private gym) told me was that they spoke to a few guys recently from the States about staying on low dosages continuously and evaluating per 8 weeks. The suggested use of AAS was not in a standard cycle (with multiple compounds and then coming off with a PCT and then repeating), but to stay on al the time per say. What was suggested:
Test Cyp 400mg per week
Dbol 25mg (3 weeks on, 1 week off)
Arimidex close to 1 - 2g per week
After 8 weeks, take blood tests and evaluate. From there if there are no warning signs and everything looks good, then continue (eg. repeat). If one needs to slow down, drop the orals till stats improve, or use Nolva, then continue again.
Could we discuss this approach? ie. I guess a blast/cruise... it seems to be more "cruise/snail crawl"
Would this type of *slow growth* lead to TRT permanently as one is actually never coming off?
This is something that has just come up this week and I would like to hear opinions thats all
Thank you

Professionals, it becomes a different ballgame but those boys accept the possible health risks, then you make shorter breaks and add Peptides / HGH and other toys to the mix.
For example, i cycle 2 years on, 2 years off. (not that will raise a few eyebrows)

Case and point, doing shorter cycles with proper recovery before the next cycle gives a minimal chance of permanent HPTA shutdown. Staying on for longer periods of time (1 years, 2 years, 6 years) i.m.o exponentially increases that chance of permanent HPTA shutdown. If you are younger you can get away with a lot more than someone say in their 40´s. I reiterate that the question is: Is HRT an acceptable risk? And am I willing to live with the consequences should the worst case scenario happen? If you answer yes to these, then give things a shot.

did a couple stupidly in martric with no pct and advised by my Rugby coach... But that was more than 10 years ago
So I count it as 2. Luckily I could still have a child because if my stupidity as a youth fucked my future and sent my wife running for a man who could give her a child...
trust me that extra push in a scrum wouldn't have consoled me

Not even mentioning the strain elevated blood pressure levels have on your organs.

I just take what I do in the gym seriously. Being new to gear I want to learn as much as possible and discuss these things, because doing so in person with someone never seems to work out. Everyone thinks you're out to catch them out on drug use or some hidden agenda, I just hands down want to learn and make sure that the effort I put into training is being optimised to the max.
I work in a gym and trying to get any information from people is a nightmare, that's why I really enjoy this forum, I don't comment much but I'm always reading and watching. Just trying to do my bit to keep advancing.
I will stick to the tried and trusted method of timne on = time off and keep hammering away at my diet and time training. The information on this site is superb and I really appreciate the discussions!

Hey bro.. I second you on everything you have mentioned in this post hey! I wasted sooo much time getting advice and views from oaks that actually know shit! And when I tried to cross check any advice, it never matched up, so I was constantly frustrated! Guess we live and learn! I wish I had come to this forum sooner!
Your attitude towards gear is awesome, bro! IMO! Enjoy reading your posts! Good luck with your cycle bud! And please keep us posted!

When I say time off sone vary from 3 months to 4 months off.
Please dont be foolish with your health assuming Pros do such and such when they don't.
I think TRT is an option but not a cruise blast approach that is really not advisable
