I think you will harden up quite nicely.

Not much to lose in regards to weight, so very realistic goals, good on you.

Way too many carbs for a 60kg girl. I would suggest carbs at 120g.

I'd drop the bed time nuts and have a protien shake or cassien. And swap your othe nut snack to just a few nuts and some lean biltong.

Go big or go home...

Are you sure the protein content for breakfast is correct... Doesn't seem right for two eggs and a slice of bread

1 egg = 17.1g x 2 = 35.4g
1 slice toast = 2.5 which gives me 37.9

That was from myfitnesspal so not sure how accurate they are.

There are roughly 4 to 6 grams of protein in a single egg.some research on the net, dont know if this is accurate so 2 eggs wont give more than 12grams/whites that is...

Day 14 into my cycle. I can see a difference already but i will admit that I've been killing myself in the gym 6 days a week and in the last 14 days haven't had one day where it isn't sore to get dressed or undressed. I will do bf and pics on 20 days again. I battled with cramps in the beginning but have now added cramp tablets to my daily tablets and it has helped alot.
