Gyno or not??

Hi Guys

online searched gives me conflicting info so just want to ask the experts. My nipples looks very puffy and banana shaped when i wake up in the mornings and when its hot but normal when erect either cold or if give it a pinch it ie. smaller round perfect. Checked under nipples and find no lumps or bumps..never had itchy or sensitivity on either.

Now what i seem to have come up with searching online is that this just may be fat that should disappear when cutting BF.. I'm currently on around 13% (still dropping)but still have a slight belly and most BF in the lower belly region

Now can this be gyno if i had no signs or symptoms? :ohmy:

Will losing BF make my nipples appear normal all the time or would i just have to live with this (possibly pitch nipples before removing shirt to get it erect. :whistle:

What are your guys thoughts

Did you have puffy nips as a child and teenager ?

I was actually thiking about this after posting and going through pic i took at the start of my body recomp +- 2 years ago. Nipples was a bit puffy yes but it looks puffier now as i am much bigger that pic. I have always been skinny/fat tho. Weighed 65kg when i started but had a nice round belly.

Puffyness looks worse now than it did then

so guys is there anything to be concerned about. Do i start with AI or is it not neccessary at this point

We'd need to see a pic of them looking puffy to judge properly.

As Murphy's law will have it nipples look normal now. Will have to wait till they look puffy again and will post pics of puffyness (will also do a pinch and post a pic of them normal to compare.
